Our room had two queen beds, and we loved having four pillows on each bed! The mattresses were comfortable and sheets were cozy. I think a major highlight is the incredible strip of outlets that pretty much runs the circumference of the room, right above the molding -- what a brilliant idea! Vying for outlets in my group of 3 was never a thing. The amenities were lovely, and still held onto the old charm of the hotel. Being an older hotel, the air conditioning controls are a bit dated, and we couldn't tell if the air was actually getting colder when we turned it down. Also, the door to our bathroom fit real tight into the frame, and would sometimes get stuck. Those are really the only two things that could be improved upon. That being said, I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Seattle!

A great bar and restaurant with excellent food and service. Staff very helpful. The room was spacious and clean but the noise from the outside extractor downstairs was quite loud. It’s a old hotel which is nice with character but the old carpets are a bit smelly. Good shuttle service to cruise port available. All in all very good value and we would stay again.

Restaurant was a disappointment & the property is very old.rooms are to small

Great location. Lovely place and service.
-
Located downtown so nearby to our interests.Old World charm which reflects in the condition of the property and rooms. But with this also came the respect and attentiveness of the staff. Did not eat in-house.

Oliver’s was a disappointment. Dinner service was very slow. Food was just ok. We gave them another chance at breakfast. Food was great but service was terrible. Very slow. No requested coffee refills and our waitress seemed to disappear. Had to request our bill from another staffer. So the accommodations were excellent but I would skip Oliver’s next time, which is sad because I like having an onsite restaurant after a long day of travel. Very disappointed.

Walls are super thin, I heard a conversation next door word for word. Also the bathrooms are tiny. But that aside, it’s close to everything and we felt safe and it was clean.

The hotel is well situated. Everything about the hotel is okay. Nothing stands out about my experience there. There were no extras and the staff did their job but nothing more than that that.
-
Great hotel, looked historic & beautiful. Room was very clean & staff was very accommodating. Don’t eat breakfast it looked very pricy, my husband did eat their blt for dinner & said it was good.

Everything was great. Location, Staff, rooms, property outside and inside, i love it. The breakfast with the complementary option was awesome and delicious. We walk to downtown and the area was beautiful and safe. I will stay again if I visit the city, and I recommend. We bean there in June 2026. Price little high. I think because the world cup was on this days. I wish was more affordable to spend more days. And rooms furniture can be more upgrade.

Very good location close to everything we wanted to see.
-
There was only one elevator operating.

We were there to celebrate our 50th anniversary, they went above and beyond to make it special for us!! Staff was exceptional! Especially one young man at the front desk. Loved the historical ambiance. Wonderful stay!! Highly recommend! Also very convenient to the monorail to get to the Space Needle area.

This is an older hotel and it's a bit tired but well appointed and clean. Everything was functioning well, the bed was quite firm but comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. But the room was a bit small, my view was of the a brick building and the air conditioning unit. I was on the 4th floor. The best thing about this hotel is the location. I was able to walk to Pike's Place in about 5 minutes and the Needle and Chihuly were less than a mile away. Lots of restaurants in the area. Not sure if they have any handicapped rooms but mine was definitely not. Low toilet and slippery high tub but there was a mat. All in all a pleasant stay.

The Mayflower hotel is just a charming cozy hotel with a wonderful staff and restaurant. Oliver’s is delicious for breakfast and anytime of day. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel welcome in Seattle

Public areas are beautiful. absolutely stunning. Bar/restaurant is very good. Best meal of our trip. Well executed dishes, quality ingredients. Friendly service. Room was gorgeous, well appointed. Valet was friendly and did his best to help us our entire trip even though he was very busy. Five stars for him. Location outstanding for major attractions. 5-7 minute walk to Pike Place Market and the monorail is right there. Lots of great cafes nearby. Front desk clerks were competent but I would not characterize them as friendly. We interacted with both present on our arrival. Only coffee mate creamer for the in-room coffee? Suggest the addition of shelf stable half and half.
