Marco Polo Motel

The motel was so clean in all of the areas. The room was very large and immaculate. Staff very friendly and helpful at arrival. Great location close to bus stop to access downtown also restaurants. Parking very easy.

Also the pillows are bad :( The staff was wonderful The coffe was good Thank you !

We had everything we expected. Staff was friendly.

This was perfect for our trip where we were only sleeping and didn't need much else. We had any easy commute to all the loacations we visited. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. I thought customer service was gone but itbis alive and well here.

Fine place to stay. Basics covered. Location great.

Great location for half the cost. 10 mins to everything we wanted to see downtown. The place is bare bones and dated but absolutely perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again

Good communication before arrival

The room was crammed with two Queen Beds, no night tables. There was an old radiator up against the wall with a large pipe sticking out of the wall. One chair and an old ottoman to sit on. The bathroom was small one small sink, no place to put your toiletries. The place to put the soap in the shower was completely rusted. The hinges on the door on the bathroom were all rusted. No hair dryer no iron. some cracked tiles in the shower some mildew on the ceiling. No breakfast. If you don't have a GPS in your car it is not easy to find your way back to the hotel. Spoke to the person at the desk he said she would contact the owner never heard from anyone . For all this the cost was $432.12, $175 per night plus taxes. I don't believe that was what was quoted when booked I am checking on that. Stayed at a Best Western for 2 nights for $269. I have taken pictures of all the room and bathroom and will be posting them. Would never recommend this place. Dennis Cullen

The location to visit the university is great, close to shops, having parking. Clean . Has a mini fridge and microwave that is very convenient. Bed is comfortable. Price is great for the area. It is a little outdated .

Staff is great man I’ll miss them

Outdated motel badly in need of an update. The bathroom window didn’t close and there was no screen, so lots of dead insects on the bathroom ceiling. We kept the light off at night to avoid attracting more insects. The bathroom tile was old with very noticeable black mold. Very basic toiletries (soap and shampoo) - not even any tissues. At least the bed and pillows were good.

Really helpful staff. Stay was quiet amd stress free

Not good for this place. I know way cheaper, but.. Sad look around.
