This is a charming hotel in a great location. The staff is top notch. I felt perfectly safe walking the area by myself as a disabled woman. Breakfast is fantastic. Dinner is hit or miss with some items being great and others mediocre. Overall, a great stay and we definitely plan to stay again. Due to the location there is road noise you can hear in the room. It didn't bother us, but you may struggle if you are a light sleeper. There are restaurants, coffee shops, and a great convenience nearby.

I was very pleased with the assistance given by staff. From the old school Seattle Times paper copy each day to check concerts and events in town to the pivotal assistance provided by the bellman at 5 am getting me a cab and assisting with my checking out as I madly dashed to my ride to the airport to catch an early plane. There is no doubt had the bellman not assisted me there is a chance I may have missed the flight which would not have been good news for me. Thank you to a stellar staff!!

We really enjoyed our stay ! Beautiful property with all the amenities you need. Lovely common area with fireplace, comfy furniture, antiques, and bar nearby. We played cards and shared a bottle of wine with friends here. Very nice!

As a perk for vip members, Expedia decided to give us free parking. But we didn’t have the car! Hotel staff just upgraded us to a better room, thanks for that.

We love going to the Sorrento every year to celebrate our anniversary. We stay there almost every year because we stayed there on our wedding night. This year was a little different and that the service in the restaurant was not very good. We were left alone in the fireside room and rarely tended to our room although nice had the smallest bathroom ever and you had to hug the sink in order to use the facilities usually at the Sorrento you feel spoiled and like it’s been special treat. This year it did not feel that way.

David the bartender was excellent at his job. Beautiful building. Throughly enjoyed the stay. The food at Stella was disappointing though. Lacked flavour.
