Excellent hotel! We took our service dog as well and the staff were so kind and welcoming! We will absolutely be back.
-
Got upgraded without asking which was a great surprise
-
Parking was not my favorite!

Breakfast was weak and overpriced, 2 separate mini-buffets that you have to pay for separately. Food wasnt even good/worth the money either. We ate at the restaurant once and skipped it for the rest of our stay. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice. The room had a clogged sink and average room amenities/bedding/etc. The lobby and bar were great and the architecture of the hotel was nice. Staff were kind and helpful.

We loved the pool & hanging out by the lobby/bar!!! We met some new friends from another country!!!
-
The rooms are very small for the price and the "view" room has a small 30 degree ocean peek. Shower is in the tub, low rent. Stay somewhere else in Seattle

We were extremely disappointed with this Fairmont property. We frequently stay at other Fairmont properties and this was by far the least impressive. The rooms were dated and somewhat run down. I would not recommend this location.
-
The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. If there was one negative comment it would be the bathtub. It was very high to step into and out of the tub.
-
Overall a great experience from start to finish.

Willing to pitch in staff, helping with personal needs.

Lovely hotel in a good location
-
This is a high end hotel with exceptionally pleasant staff top to bottom. The room was very quiet on the tenth floor overlooking the main entrance plaza. The pool was lovely. The location cannot be beaten for walking to Pike and restaurants. Lovely stay

The hotel was stunning and our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed cocktails and snacks at the hotel's speakeasy-style bar, brunch at the main restaurant, and dinner at the oyster bar. Everything we ordered was excellent. We also enjoyed fantastic massages at the spa. Overall, a 10/10 experience -- I would gladly stay here again.
-
The rooms were large and very clean. The lobby bar was amazing!!
-
Rooms are comfy and stylish, location is central to tourist attractions, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Only downside is that coffee shop has very limited hours.

Had a great time thank you to all the staff

Excellent stay at the Fairmont. I had a welcoming entrance and everyone was helpful and kind. We did stay in one of the new remodel rooms, and it was comfortable. Sadly, the wallpaper is starting to peel on one of the walls and it gets muggy when someone showers. Please insert better exhaust fan (I know it’s hard to do). We use the valet—but they didn’t charge our car up even when asked too. So I was disappointed with the valet parking situation, if you have an electric car. Overall, hotel is beautiful and something is always happening! Perfectly situated in downtown Seattle! Thank you!

The only complaint I had when I tried to go in at the speakeasy bar, last night. Hostess said that it was full. I explained that I was a guest in the hotel. I needed to approach one of the hotel manager to resolve issue. We were in. It was not full. But overall the customer service was perfect. I was able to do late check out.

This property was wonderfully beautiful, only wished there was a microwave in the suite and that the mini fridge which was stocked with items to buy had room for our own items as well. Loved everything else, the high tea experience was delicious and fun!
