Everything was walking distance

Very clean rooms and easy self check in. Close to everything but in a nice area

Parking was a bit tricky and rooms are small but the common areas make up for it. Awesome location

Staff was very professional when I came in the first time to register and combine both confirmations of 3 days of the night stay. Hotel was very clean. Staff also had gotten switched to positions to make sure that they were very effective towards customers that needed to be checked in the room was very spacious and clean parking. I don't really know cuz I traveled with by train and walked there. Everything else with the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the breakfast is like $22 per person. Overall the experience was amazing. Would go to this hotel again and other similar chains were similar to this Marriott made a very good decision buying this chain and hopefully there will not be any consentencies with the advantagement on this property. Thank you!

Professional cleaning, high tech control systems inside the room for convenience

The hotel was simply amazing! The location to everything was perfect! Went to a Mariners game, literally around the corner, went to a concert at Lumen Field, right there! Across the street you have the pier, everything was walking distant. Walked to Pike place while enjoying the coastal walk there. The hotel it self is beautiful. The food was amazing, Paid for 1 day of the breakfast buffet, it was delicious and not expensive at all. The staff were super nice! The room was amazing, I got mine on the 4th floor, facing the water. The views at night are the Best! It was clean and just perfect! The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had an amazing time! Will be recommending.

Power outlets next to the sink did not work, Called front desk they said maintenance will come fix it but they never showed up.

Very no-contact. No valet available. Parking is atrocious. No lobby attendant. Rooms are made with glorified RV style amenities.

Citizen M is a unique hotel in a fun area near Pioneer Square. But your room is small. Its honestly like being in a really really nice camper LOL. But I enjoyed it!!!

Great location and price for Seattle. Right on the waterfront and near the stadiums.

Aside from the DORM ROOM size rooms that is the biggest issue the hotel has. everything else is great.

Bar tenders could use a little help. Shower pressure is weak. Still had a wonderful time and would recommend it.

Hotel is in a great location and easy to get around on foot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. No complaints
