Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western Seatac Airport

The smell of carpet fresh of some sort was unbearable. The plug outlets were broke, cracked. The carpet was ripped and lifting. The furniture was scratched up significantly. I was grossed out. The smell hurt my nose. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk was nice. The hotel was outdated and needs work.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The carpet was stained in the hallways. Curtains were torn and burn stain on a piece of furniture. The walls are thin. Very easy to hear the next room and the hallway. I left before breakfast opened. This property was cheaper than others nearby which is why I chose it.

Very close to airport. We really liked the set-up of the room, beds in one room and sitting area in another. The bathroom arrangement was difficult. Sink out in bedroom area and toilet and shower separate and was so small an area was difficult to get in and out of. Beds were very hard and very squeaky. The toilet ran off/on all night. There is an elevator, but you have to go through a narrow doorway to get to and from it. I think this would be difficult for someone with a walker or wheelchair. It was difficult just for us and our luggage trying to navigate the limited space. Don’t think we’d stay here again.

This is an old property with obvious wear in the rooms. Check-in was quick but the person could not help me get the cheaper rate of the day rather than the rate at which I booked. I was handed my key and not even told my room number. The shuttle drivers were awesome and the best part of the stay! Breakfast was so-so with watery eggs. But I was grateful that there were eggs and sausage for some protein.

Disappointed, especially for the price. Beds were not comfy, pull out bed should be trashed it was so bad. Shower barely worked, no water flow, and bathroom floor had holes where grout HAD been. Needs repair. Only one of the 2 TVs worked, no hand soap in the wall container at sink .The thermostat was hard to regulate...either too warm or freezing. One slow elevator, only one ice machine,and the first day it didn't work. Breakfast was pretty poor. Won't return, will not recommend.

The bed in the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is pre yummy too. Need a ride to a near by light rail station, they'll get you there. Pretty convenient in every way..

Rooms are nice

Room was clean and cute. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Cute areas outside to eat and like I said earlier, gave Italy vibes. I loved it. I have to say it was probably one of my favorite hotels I have stayed in, I. A long time.

Clean room. Close to the airport, including breakfast. Worth the money.

I appreciate staff who know their job and do it well and everyone we encountered at the hotel was great. We checked in early (paid $30 fee) and also late and the front desk staff was professional, kind and efficient. Our suite was spacious, clean and housekeeping was excellent. Fantastic location for walking and using public transportation. The breakfast was okay, (my kids were happy to make waffles) but there is an IHOP in walking distance (15 minutes) so I went there. Shuttle drivers were friendly, on time and helpful. Would definitely stay at the hotel again. Well done staff!!!! 10 stars 🌟 Keep up the good work.

Near the airport and light rail but surprisingly quiet. Property was clean and comfortable.

It was not up to Best Western standards. Pillows were flat. Mattress was too hard. Room was dark even with all lights on. Carpet in hallway was shot. Breakfast was OK, not great. It was clean.

Easy airport access. Clean rooms with lots of space. Good breakfast

I didn't end up staying here because the windows to the rooms were accessible from outside and window locks didn't function. Second floor, but there was a walkway outside the windows. None of the staff seemed to be aware of this.

Cheaply done renovations. Staff was very nice.

I booked a room for 6 but the sofa bed wasn’t made. The rooms were supposed to be sound proof but I could hear people upstairs and in the corridor all night as well as aeroplanes. I was travelling with 4 young children and we didn’t sleep well which impacted our onwards travel.

It was an okay stay. Nothing special.
