Ayres Hotel Seal Beach - Cypress

The Only negative thing I have to say is the water Pressure in the Shower is way to Low, I understand that they are trying to be Green and conserve water , but they could increase the the water Pressure a bit other than that No Complaints. Breakfast was Great

Great stay, clean, and friendly staff

Just a couple of things to work on. Check in took longer than expected. Only had one person working the front desk. If you prepaid or registered online, check in should be a breeze with minimal paperwork. The second critique is the people above us from our room. It sounded like they were doing laps in their room. It took a minute for the staff to take care of the nuisance. Room was clean, air conditioning worked flawlessly, and always had extra towels.

I have stayed in literally thousands of hotels around the world. Sometimes I arrive early which I did this time. 1.00 pm. I presented myself at check in desk to be told quite sternly that check in was 4.

This was our third time saying there and every time it's always a pleasure. The hotel is always clean and well maintained in the free breakfast in the morning is always a plus. The staff is also very friendly and always willing to accommodate when you need that arise. This is my choice hotel anytime I stay down in Long Beach/Seal Beach area.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rugs were a bit faded and very worn.

As a woman traveling solo, I felt very safe. I appreciated the extra guard on the he west entrance when I came back to the property late one night during my stay. The lobby staff were genuinely friendly. The access to the 405 was convenient, but I couldn't hear it from my front-facing room!

Friendly staff yet not very helpful in The pull out bed was unacceptable We had to move and only Bevin kept on them.
