Great Wolf Lodge Arizona

I had a fantastic stay for my grandbaby grandbaby. The indoor poor was amazing and the night time events fit the kids were the best. There are so many abduction for the kids. Great experience

Not enough staff at the slides causing the wait in line extremely long

First time here and my kids lovedd it! I read some reviews saying it’s haunted and didn’t actually believe it but one night my son couldn’t sleep saying he was so scared and was seeing things so we just slept with lights on. It’s a little pricey but worth it we will be coming back for sure.

Fun place to take the family. Did not like that you now have to pay for parking. Other than that it was great.

Unfortunately, the problems continued the following day. On Monday, my room key/bracelet stopped working, leaving me unable to access my room. Today, at checkout, I notified the supervisor on the floor that I needed access to my room. I was initially told it would take approximately **20 minutes**. After waiting, I followed up and was then told it would only be another **5 minutes**. Those 5 minutes turned into approximately **two hours**. This was especially unacceptable because **my twins’ formula, bottles, clothing, and other necessities were locked inside the room**. My twins were crying and needed to be fed and changed, yet I could not access the items they needed. I repeatedly tried to get assistance and ultimately had to go to the front desk extremely frustrated and upset. What was most disappointing was the lack of urgency and empathy from the hotel staff.Instead I was told I would be extended until 1:00 p.m. At the time I was told this, it was already approximately 12:15 p.m., after I had already spent nearly two hours trying to regain access to my belongings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and property was clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of fun stuff to do. Waterpark was a blast. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice family friendly stay! Didn’t need to leave the resort at all. Only issue, most things don’t open until 10am and check out is 11am.

Unfortunately the small kid play area was closed (not sure why).

Our bedroom A/C felt a bit warm even though the thermostats was set to 70. Also, the eyes were burning from the high chlorine in the water. Other than that it was a great place for the kids to spend a day.

I reserved the suite through Expedia because I’ve trusted the platform for many years. The listing indicated that the room included 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to six guests. My family consisted of four adults and two children under five, so based on the description, I expected the space to comfortably fit our family. Unfortunately, the actual room configuration was different. It had one double bed, one bunk bed, and a sofa that did not convert into a bed. As a result, the room felt much more crowded than expected and did not match the sleeping arrangement advertised. I believe Expedia should provide a more accurate and detailed description of the room configuration so guests can make informed decisions, especially when traveling with family. The indoor pool was also quite crowded, even on a Sunday, making it difficult to fully enjoy. While it’s understandable that amenities can be busy, it was disappointing. The outdoor pool area was available, but because of the intense heat, it wasn’t particularly inviting for swimming during the day. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but I hope the room descriptions are updated to accurately reflect the actual accommodations. Clear expectations make a significant difference, particularly for families planning special occasions.
