Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired\. The powdered eggs and turkey bacon were definitely not highlights\. After four days, I can confidently say the best part of breakfast was the Jif peanut butter\. The front desk experience could also use some attention\. Communication was difficult at times, and the same employee seemed to be working when we arrived, when we went to bed, and again when we came down in the morning\. I’m not sure if she actually sleeps there or if the hotel is simply understaffed, but her attitude certainly reflected someone who may have been working far too many hours\. Overall, if you take the breakfast and inconsistent front desk service out of the equation, this is a lovely hotel with spacious rooms in a great location\. With a little improvement in staffing and breakfast quality, it could be an excellent place to stay

We were traveling with parents and kids, and this space was perfect with separate rooms.

Requested room service and room was never attended too until after check out

Everything was clean and ready to go. Booking.com booked the place, but it didn't have any vacancy. That's very disapointed because I had to discuss the matter with the one employee that was the jack of all trades at the hotel with several people waiting for the same answer.

Rooms are clean. We only stayed for one night so not much to review. It was a decent stay for that one night.

I keep returning to this very hotel because the breakfast is amazing, I feel safe, and I appreciate that there’s a bible in the dresser! The staff is always helpful, but this trip the staff who checked me in, was very friendly, but did not accurately take down my email address. This was properly addressed and corrected by the staff who checked me out. I very much love the attention to detail upon checkout. I will be returning again this coming up October for my Chamberlain graduation and am looking forward to booking at this very hotel. Until then, Thank you.

Hotel was nice bed was comfortable and quiet. There were 3 things that stood out. The air conditioner was rather loud, I had to keep checking if there was a storm outside. Either the room itself or the grounds outside had fleas. Luckily my pet is on a VERY good prevention which kills on contact so they all died in seconds. One of the receptionists wasn't trained in the food. I wouldn't have had an issue with her being new, not knowing how to turn on the units, etc. My issue was when I went to place the order which I had done the previous 2 nights I was told you have nothing. I had to explain to your staff I knew for a fact you did and only THEN did they say they weren't trained.

No lotion in room. No washcloths.

Oh gosh I stayed 2 years ago and it was great. 2 years later and the roads and parking lot and landscaping surrounding looks like it’s been abandoned. Shower had no pressure, bath drain leaked so had to stuff a cloth in it to take a bath ( because the shower sucked) door to bathroom was missing the lock so couldn’t lock it and tp was stuffed in it to prevent someone from looking through the handle hole. Found a used contact just chilling on the floor ( it got stuck to my barefoot) no one wore contacts in my party. Had goldfish crackers on the floor by the beds. No microwave. Main door was janky had to really pull and push to get it to open and close securely. Breakfast was great though. Lobby furniture was also pretty beat up and stained. People were very nice. The property just needs an entire overhaul. Room 218 should be put out of service entirely. Paint is also needing touch ups, suitcase carts looking really shabby. It’s like the owners are letting it go to hell on purpose. I can’t believe the change in 2 years. Won’t be back again.
