It was very clean and convenient. Great amenities in the room. Best hotel breakfast selection we have ever seen. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to downtown and moderately priced.

This place is always a great stay for the price, especially if you’re bringing a pup! Breakfast is pretty solid for complimentary, plus free laundry facilities! Parking is also pretty reasonable if it’s not included in your stay ($25/day). Right across the street from River Walk and just a few blocks from the main shopping strip and city market. If I had one small complaint it would be the shower was a tad cold at times, other than that it’s great! Will be back!

The room was good. The hot water for the shower had to be reset 3 times as it was cold and I had to ask the staff 3 times to fix it.

The check in and check out staff were all so nice. Delightful women who made the process easy!

Property well located to shopping and restaurants.

Hotel and location was awesome. Only issue was bathroom. Dated low toilet that did not flush properly, tub that appeared refinished had multiple spots where refinishing was wearing off.

Location, very clean and wonderful friendly staff! Dryer did not dry clothes, possibly needs better ventilation.

great location, very friendly staff, had some issues with thermostat and tv (no instructions given in room). Also, shower only got mildly warm on last morning there, staff alerted but had to check out so not sure if others were affected.

Parking is a problem. I was misinformed by hotel staff. They knew where my car was and told me I was fine as long as I paid the kiosk but I got a $50 ticket from the city after listening to the hotel staff advice.

Hotel was great but honestly it was the staff that made it perfect! Morning crew at breakfast and check in staff the night before were super friendly and welcoming. They are the reason I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning with so many choices like waffles, yogurt, fresh cut fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits with gravy, bagels, the list hours on and on. Parking was easy and very close to the hotel. This place has location, location, location. Near River Street and all of it's happenings and within walking distance of so many other things. This is our 5th time staying here.

Amazing!!! Great room!! Great location!!! Dogs enjoyed the place too.
