Good quality for the price point, meaning it’s very old and out-dated, but it’s clean enough. It’s in an excellent location. If you want fancy, this is NOT the place for you. But if you’re looking for a cheap and decent place to lay your head down, this is a great option. Staff was nice. Parking is decent. Breakfast had few option but was available. Ice machine on second floor didn’t work. No elevator. Bed was comfy. Excellent water pressure. Overall a good stay and would pick this place again to stay.

It was clean. The hotel can use some TLC. And I think it’s ridiculous to charge $30 for parking when you are a guest there. It’s close to River Street.

Wonderful

Room was dated.

While a bit dated, the room was comfortable and clean. My microwave didn't work, and was replaced within 20 minutes of my visit to the front desk. The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave me tips and ideas about what to see, and what to do in Savannah. The breakfast was much better than I expected, although the pancake machine didn't work well. All in all, the was a very positive stay, a fantastic location, and much bang for my buck!

They did not have a pack and play despite prior coordination. Room was dirty. Both ice machines were broken.

The room access door appeared to have been pried open and tampered with several times. Another guest was issued our occupied room and given access to our room. Once that issue was addressed we were not able to access our room when we returned later in the evening, our key card was no longer active.

This was a good stay for the price. Great location and parking! Everything is walking distance - especially River Street. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The upstairs patio was so cute! The breakfast is very limited, so I wouldn't plan a full meal out of it. The only real negatives were that the backside of the curtains were all torn, and the bathroom had mold. Other than that, everything worked, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The best thing about my visit to Quality Inn downtown Savannah was the amazing staff. Everyone was so incredible cordial and pleasant. Always with a smile and kind words. Britanny was fantastic. The evening front desk worker, I can't remember her name, super sweet and welcoming even at 10 PM. I appreciate customer service as my husband and I have our own little business. It means everything. Housekeeper was very sweet, hard working lady, as well! The price was right, A bit loud as it is on the main drag by the river. But great for a quick stopover. Bed was comfortable. Coffee was decent! :) Hope you are an early riser!!

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We got there a little early and the room was available, but they wanted to charge $50 extra to check in two hours early. There was trash in the stairwells, including empty beer bottles and cups. The room itself was not bad but they charged us per night to park and between 6 PM and midnight there were four different cars that part there illegally that were towed.. The tow trucks were right in front of our room so it was loud and distracting. We were worried all night that by mistake. We might get towed even though we paid the fee for two different cars to park. The staff was not helpful at all. They were actually very rude. I would not recommend this place at all.

There was a smell. Other than that it was alright. They changed a $30 parking fee. Which i didn't realize.

Rooms and the hotel need to be updated asap
-
Location good. Rooms clean. Outside needs some maintenance. Noisy with traffic.

We had a rough time while staying there. We originally booked a king sized bed. We got in and got settled. Left and came back and the door was not working. After waiting for an hour, the maintenance team moved us into another room. This rooms A/C unit was awful. We asked them to fix it, we were told maintenance completely changed out the unit, it didn't change. They left a piece of the other unit in our room when we got back. Would not stay there ever again. Could barely sleep at night.

Very affordable rooms and convenient location.
-
Ty eye charged us $35 for amenities but we did have or use any so not sure why the charge.
-
The parking lot was very small
-
Staff and room was great! I didn’t like paying $60 to park two cars because when I made my reservation, that fee was not disclosed.
-
coffee and juice. Parking is $30 per day and well worth it since you can walk to almost anywhere.

Parking is a pain in Savannah. This place has surface parking and I like it better than garages. Hotel is just fine, it is clean and rooms are good too. I have stayed here many times while visiting Savannah. Cannot say enough good things about the staff there. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful. One lady in the office even brought me a plate of homemade chicken. You cannot beat that kind of friendliness!!!
