Amazing stay- definitely will come back!

Five stars for accommodating the change in my trip plans. I had to shorten my stay and they worked with me to make sure I wasn't charged for the extra night I wasn't going to use. Thank you.

Most definitely downtown. Alot of upkeep going on downtown when we came. But most enjoyable. The staffing was excellent, will have to come back for another break from work life.

Room was very clean and I left the room around 8:00am every morning and was back by noon and the room was already clean which was so nice. You cannot beat the location. It's about 5-10 minutes from any location. Will be back for sure

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t as accommodating as I had hoped. Due to heavy rain, the TV service went down for about an hour. When I asked if a short 30-minute late checkout could be offered given the inconvenience, my request was denied. I felt there was little flexibility or understanding, even though I was understanding about the TV service being unavailable. Overall, I expected a more guest-friendly approach from a hotel of this caliber.

Found the rooms to be sizable and comfortable. Weirdly, loved the hair dryer. The pool was small but a nice amenity and cool that there was bar service at it. Concierge made good recommendations. Did not stop at the bar so cannot comment on that. Didn't love all the taxes and extra fees to our room rate, but I guess that's more of a Savannah complaint than an Andaz complaint....

I will stay there again—enjoyable!

I loved this hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and we were both so happy with our experience. We got complimentary drinks at the bar that were delicious and they also have smores kits you can get at the front desk to roast at the fire pit. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed having our own balcony. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying and had a great experience both times. Location is perfect. Staff really friendly and accommodating. There is a happy hour daily from 2-6 with reasonable prices on drinks. Good balance of guests with and without kids. My only criticism is that the bathrooms could be updated/renovated. However, it was a good size bathroom and clean. Would stay again!
