The staff weren't the friendliest with the exception of one young man who checked me in. He was really the only one who went out his way to be helpful. The bar and bistro hardly seemed to be operating when they were supposed to be; this was very disappointing. The bartender served us one drink; he seemed very disgruntled and we were the only customers. There was no tea in the room and ammenities were sparce and not replaced when the room was cleaned

The staff was fantastic, especially Lindsey at the front desk. She whet above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She's the best.

Upon arrival. Was informed there was a problem at the place and that resulted in them placing me in a Residence Inn a 1 mile down the road. No explanation of the “problem “. The amenities at the residence were not the same. While the price reflected that. I did not get an equivalent room Reservation was made weeks in advance.

The hotel was very convenient to downtown Saratoga Springs and SPAC. The restaurants and bars were easy to walk to, and the hotel was extremely comfortable and clean. I highly recommend.

I was charged for the room at check in, but I already paid for the room when I booked it through booking.com. When I pointed out the mistake the girl had to ask a co worker for help. The co-worker was snippy to me. She also yelled at the girl who made the mistake in front of me and gave me a hard time about wanting a printed receipt. She continually said it would be emailed. It was easier for me to show her the mistake if the receipt was printed. After all was said and done she told me it would take time for it to drop off my credit card statement. It only took 3 minutes to charge it, but it has been 4 days and it is still on my statement as a charge. I won't recommend you to any friends for fear they will get ripped off and treated poorly!

Friendly staff to check in with. Please don’t move this to digital like other hotels. That process is awful and not personal at all. Not a complaint but compared to the entire hotel’s accommodations the shower could use an upgrade.
