Ginny at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Otherwise none of the front desk staff were engaging or friendly. The property itself is rough around the edges but just some daily tlc could go a long way. There is one luggage cart for the property it seems. No coffeemakers in the room, however there was coffee available in the lobby. The pool was relatively clean but scum and hair floating around the steps was discouraging. Good price though. not sure I would stay again.

The hotel was not all that it was advertised to be. While the lobby and breakfast area were very nice, updated and clean, the same cannot be said for the rest of the building. The elevators were very old and made lots of noises that staff even said made them nervous. There was one ice machine for the whole building and no vending machines. The poolside bar and “on site restaurant” (which was a food truck) were only open a few hours in the evening. Our room was fairly clean. The shower needed some desperate attention. Cleaning services were subpar, often not taking dirty towels, fully making the bed, or leaving replacement items. The room itself was very basic. There was no microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker nor alarm clock. It was a place to lay your head and that was about it. The free breakfast was bare minimum, with only bagels, toast, yogurt and oatmeal. For what was advertised as a budget friendly resort for families, we were very very disappointed.

Old / dated property. Rooms smelled musty. Convenient location.

My stay was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly, and the hotel's location is perfect—just a 10-minute drive from Siesta Beach and close to supermarkets, shops, and various restaurants. Breakfast was good, offering plenty of variety and quality. The parking area is right in front of the rooms, so you don't need to go through the hotel lobby every time you come and go. I would definitely come back.

Basic room with mini fridge. Water pressure could have been better but wasn’t horrible. We did not use the pool so can’t speak on that. The breakfast was simple, some cereals with oat & cow’s milk, bagels (delicious), breads, condiments, fruit, juices, & coffee. All in all, it’s was great for the price

We had bugs crawl on us during the night and we checked out and had two days left. I told the front desk and they were super helpful. They compensated us the night before and checked us out with 2 nights remaining. So total back should be 3 nights.

I was hesitant to book due to mixed reviews but I took a chance and booked anyway. This hotel is a little gem. It's nothing fancy, but it has everything you need. The location is amazing. The breakfast is just enough for a quick grab and go. The room / bed was comfortable. My only complaint is the shower. The shower handle is a real old school pull. I literally thought I was going to pull the plumbing out of the wall. I had to use two hands and use serious force. If I were an older person with less strength, this would have posed a real problem. I also didn't like the open shower concept. The half glass isn't enough to keep water from getting on the floor and the bathroom is so tiny, if you use the floor mat, you can't open and close the door smoothly. Other than that, we had a great stay and would absolutely return.

If you ever stayed at at budget hotel at the Jersey Shore in the 1980’s and liked it, this is your place!!! Smell of mildew. Pillows sheets and towels stunk of bleach, I mean stunk. The male desk clerk was not happy we were checking in. His attitude was awful. The girl training to work the front desk was polite. We had to stay one night because we were doing construction on our home. We will not ever stay there again and will not recommend any of our friends or family to stay there either

We enjoyed our stay! Staff members were friendly, room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
