The room and amenities were in perfect conditions. Perfect for the family and for just relax.

This was a great getaway for my girlfriend and myself after taking the Bar exam. Very slow and more enjoyable during the week and gets busier weekends. Stayed 8 nights and only thing i can complain about are the mosquito at night.

We had a wonderful stay!! A wonderful room and exactly what we were looking for!! From the get go the Valet were so kind and attentive as soon as we pulled up. Front desk was kind, however, felt like it was a bit of a rushed exchange of money and that was the only thing the lady wanted. (Which I get it, it is. So maybe I’m not picking) Other wise the property and stay was phenomenal. You can tell who on the staff really loves their job and who doesn’t. There was one older towel man that was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Wish I could remember his name! Thank you!

We enjoyed the view from our balcony which was facing the gulf! Everything including coffee, if you did not use the in room coffeemaker one had to pay for! Probably will not return for those reasons!

The front desk was incredible very helpful they gave me additional information on local sites that helped me Kara Ariela And the girl that cleaned my room Marielis was very good and friendly I hope this survey will reach out to management and let those employees that did a job that was up and beyond the call of duty please let them know I really appreciated them please

En la ducha de mi habitación solo habia agua caliente, en los pasillos del hotel habia agua en los pisos, la misma salía de los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones, habia total oscuridad en los pasillos por la noche, y ese tipo de cosas no deberian suceder ni en hoteles de menos categoría que este, piensen bien antes de invertir su tiempo y dinero aca, realmente no lo recomiendo.

Check in was very easy. Room was clean and a/c easy to work. Nice using the umbrella and lounge chairs on the beach.

The beach is absolutely beautiful, and we loved the pool area as well. The snacks were delicious, and I have to mention the restaurant Drift —it was amazing! The breakfast, dinner, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We loved it and will definitely be back! ❤️

The property and workers were wonderful. The only issue was the service at the restaurant ‘the Drift’. The service was awful. The manager was unable to even comp a coffee after the terrible service. Poor service. Sadly, I did not eat upstairs anymore after the experience.
