Ocean View Hotel

The place was great. Walking distance to the pier. Food everywhere. The room was great. Overlooking Ocean Blvd was fun. If we come back this is where we will stay. We had a great time

The room and location is great. We decided to stay another night and booked it through Expedia. When we checked in I asked the person at the desk to check and see that the reservation was ok. She said it was but it wasn’t. We had to move out and wait about two hours for the new room to be ready. Gave us candy and cookies for our trouble.

I was very pleased with the overall hotel experience. The staff made sure I felt at home, and fulfilled my requests as best as they could with great promptitude. The location is prime and the Ocean View really compliments that.

Unfortunately, I found the price to be far too high for what the hotel offers. There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast included, and parking costs more than $60 per night, which is especially expensive. When you add the room rate, the high parking fee, and the lack of basic amenities such as breakfast, the overall value simply isn't there. There are several other excellent hotels nearby that offer more amenities and much better value for the money. In my opinion, with this hotel, you are mainly paying a premium for the fact that it is directly on the beach. Personally, I would rather pay less, have more services and amenities, and walk a few extra minutes to the beach than pay such a high price just for the location. Overall, the service was excellent and the location was fantastic, but considering the price and the limited amenities, I don't feel the hotel offers good value for money.

Great location and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Even though it’s on the main strip, noise levels inside the room were fine.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice and convenient to San Monica.

Everything was good except the coffee pot in the room didn’t work. I believe it needed descaling.

Withney the receptionist was awesome kind and caring solved any issue and very helpful l. Cleaned the room nicely every day. We had a beach view from the room which was perfect A lot of shouts & noise from the outside during nights where windows were open. However, It's the neighborhood and not the hotel fault

My friend's first time seeing the Pacific Ocean needed to be special. The hotel was amazing! We had an easy time with check-in and check-out. The bed was wonderful and the shower was very good. The balcony overlooking the ocean was PERFECT!!! I will recommend to anyone wanting this kind of experience!
