Ramada by Wyndham Santa Fe

I planned on being able to hang out by the pool but the pool was closed and was fixing to undergo some renovations. So didn't get to use the pool which was a real bummer and one of the main things I wanted to do on my stay there

The stay was good, however the hallways, Elevator where always hot and the pool was inaccessible.

The pool was not working and the breakfast was not goon

Because I was staying longer than 1 week and because the first room I was given faced a wall, I asked for another room at initial check in. The second room faced incredibly bright lights. The second day of my stay I requested a room that did not face those bright lights. The general manager refused my request. I was disappointed that because I booked through hotels.com I could not earn Wyndam Points for my stay according to the front desk personnel. The refrigerator in my room made a loud rattling noise and I asked for maintenance to check it out. But nothing happened and I had to put up w the noise.

Pool closed. I got a room for handicapped and the low closet rod left all my dresses hanging on floor. No room cleaner for an eight day stay. Needed garbage and litter men service.

It was okay

We chose this place because the pricing was reasonable and it included breakfast and pool. When we checked in we were told the pool could not be used. Being that this was one of the reasons we chose this place, it was a let down that we did not know of this sooner, we were planning on ending our nights in the pool and that was out of the question. When we got into the room we realized the sink was clogged, the staff came next day and fixed the clogged which was great and they were very professional about it. We then realized the shower was also clogged and we were showering in a pool of water. Overall the room was comfortable and the staff was nice and professional.

Basic room. Coffee pot didn’t work and was full of old stagnant water. Was notified at checking that there were renovations underway and the pool was not available for use. That was disappointing for a July trip. It was fine since I was just passing through. All in all it’s a decent location and clean enough.

My family and I checked into our rooms after a very long road trip. Upon opening the doors to our rooms a musty old smell overwhelmed us. Immediately we returned to the front desk.to see if there were any other rooms available. None available. We were exhausted so we returned to our rooms. After turning down my bed covers a spider runs across my sheets. Im angry and disgusted. My family from the other room called and stated they found bed bugs crawling on their pillows. We Immediately packed our belongings checked out and canceled our 4 nights stay. The clerk stated they couldn't give us a refund because we reserved through a third party

Pool was broke, breakfast was only cereal and while other stuff out staff didn't want to put other items tho many guest asked

Second time staying there. Great both times.

EVERYTHING

The breakfast was actually really good. They had Jimmy Dean sandwiches to microwave and those were way better than the powdery eggs and dry meat at holiday in. No regrets here.

This hotel was so in need of a rennovation.

Air conditioning ran all the time and the room still wasn’t cool enough Breakfast coffee ran out and no breakfast sandwiches and that was at about 8:30 and they didn’t seem to want to refresh things and lots of people were coming in For breakfast.

Not a very well maintained property. Location was not great with homeless and seedy people and transactions happening. Very disappointed.

Frankly? Nothing after experience from reception at check out. Terrible experience. Unfriendly receptionist, extremely rude manager who KICKED me out of the hotel after he refused my legal request by lying (because he probably doesn't know his job). Something I request in every hotel and for example a day later at the hotel the receptionist (exactly the same entry situation) solved it with a smile in 3 minutes.

Everyone was very happy and nice. The room was clean. Nothing.
