Hyatt Place Santa Fe

Had a great stay, room was clean and quiet. Parking was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to stay

Room was very nice with a comfortable sitting area. Only issue was that soap dispenser in shower was empty upon arrival.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good value. Location is about a 15 minute drive to downtown so you need a car or to book a rideshare to easily get around. There isn't a restaurant at the hotel and you can only purchase snacks or drinks at the hotel. Whilst there are restaurants and shops nearby, I wouldn't recommend walking around the area and would suggest driving.

We have stayed here before. It is starting to get a little run down. Not near as clean as it has been in the past. Breakfast was just o.k. and our shower head in our room did not hardly work. We did report that to the front desk.

Parking could have been better for handicapped persons

Room was nice and spacious. Wish the floors were cleaner. We had small trash and feathers in the restroom. Breakfast was good, with many different options.

I give a one star b/c I am irritated. I made a reservation in May for a potential trip. Needless to say, a lot of life changing stuff happened over the summer and the trip fizzled. I completely forgot about this reservation and only remembered it when I received my CC statement. I do understand that I didn't show up, but I think it is crazy that Hyatt nor Hotel.com didn't send a friendly reminder email about the upcoming trip. So now it seems I have to eat $272.

Quiet location, clean room, accommodating staff

This was one of the worst hotel stays we have had. The front desk staff was very dismissive to my family and many other guests. Our hotel room smelled very bad.

We stay at Hyatt place hotels often. This one was newly renovated and while it looked okay it lacked the 2nd near the frig and the queen beds were soft and lumpy- truly horrible compared to the old firm beds we are used to here.

Did not like the coffee

Property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent. Pool was clean.

Beautiful and well maintained Nothing

Something that people don’t get all the time. Mainly the Gentleman at the counter lobby. Very nice and welcoming. I recommend this place for your next trip to Santa Fe. Thank you

For the past five years, we have consistently chosen this hotel for my son's annual birthday celebration, and each experience has been exceptional. The staff consistently demonstrates remarkable kindness and hospitality, consistently exceeding our expectations during every visit.
