Really friendly and lovely place to stay!

Overall, we loved our stay. The hot tub was relaxing and the grounds were beautiful. Our room was beautiful as well. However, the Glorieta Hotel had a spa-like feel, but unfortunately it didn't have a spa-like smell. The carpets smelled old and musty. I have another trip planned there in the fall for business I hope the smell in the carpets is rectified or you will have a several disappointed customers.

staff was friendly, however the room was more dated than expected. Not a bad place however for the price paid I would probably not stay again.

The sheets in the first room were wet. The shower hot water knob was broken. When they gave us a second room it was downgraded to a smaller one. It smelled like paint. Both rooms were very dark. Both bathrooms really need to be updated. Even though the rooms need updating tte place was clean and convenient location to the opera. We would not stay here here again.

The room was decorated beautifully and everything was clean. We had two meals at the restaurant and they were very good. Portions were huge. The staff were very helpful and referred us to local drivers to get us to the Santa Fe Opera and back. They also provided informtion about the rail runner train which took us back to Albuqueque. A couple of times, I wished I could find a brighter light in our rooms. This was not a big problem

I enjoy the location.

Comfortable bed with great pillows, amazing pool and outside areas. Carpets need cleaned in hallway and in the room( some stained spots) A stain on the chair in my room. Besides that the room was very clean. My cold water handle was broken in the shower. The staff are friendly. The bartender upstairs is very friendly and accommodating.

Nice, big, affordable hotel with a beautiful outdoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna! Interior rooms are clean, bathtub faucet was loose- needed attention. Front desk staff is nice, cleaning staff didn’t show up until day 4. We had to ask them to clean, take out the garbage, bring fresh towels, glasses, water and make up the beds. We learned that we had to request the cleaning. Nice bar/restaurant upstairs with great breakfast burritos! They need to up their game on the coffee. Great coffee found off-site. Perfect place to stay for a Santa Fe Opera trip. We’ll be back!

We definitely expected more from this hotel. All weekend we felt like they were out of basic essentials that should always be in stock - coffee, clean towels in the pool area, drinking water in the gym, and food choices in their restaurant. There was poor lighting, especially in the room. The beds were comfortable though. Overall, for the price we paid, we'd expect more than just comfortable beds.

Unfortunately we were in a room that was right beside an exit door to the outside and as everyone came and went the door would slam and was extremely loud keeping us up throughout the night. The smell was very unpleasant throughout the hotel and in the room, not sure what it was. The property itself is lovely and pool and hot tub were wonderful.

The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The workout room was well below par and dirty. The rooms were nice overall but not entirely clean. Certain elements just did not seem dialed in.

Once again the photos DO NOT tell the full story. This place needs a facelift desperately. You can tell they have tried, but must have had a limited budget because it wasn't the best attempt. Location is ok, away from much. The upsetting part was that when we arrived, they said you will have a suite that overlooks the garden. The garden is the pool area. So I asked when does the pool close because I didn't want to hear people partying in the pool area until midnight. Closed at 10 p.m. ~ Great! However, what they failed to tell us is that they must have rented a space in the hotel out to some group doing videos and playing loud music until all hours of the morning, that could be heard through the hotel. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. We went to have dinner at the bar/ restaurant and the musician for that night had the music so loud in the small space you had to yell to hear others. We left the hotel before our stay was up.

This is such a beautiful place to stay. It’s tucked away off the main streets of Santa Fe, and has such a beautiful view. The pool and sauna were amazing! It clearly showed by how many people were there from sun up to sun down. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would stay here again!
