I was expecting more. The hotel is old and the carpets do not look like they have been cleaned in awhile. Our room was ok but not what I am used to for the amount of money i paid. I should have driven to Albquerque and stayed at the Sandia Resort and Casino. The rooms there are worth the price you pay.

Our family drove up for the masters of illilusiion show - excited to spend a night at a hotel we heard was wonderful. Wwle were disappointed right from the start. There were no signs from the casino showing how to get to the hotel lobby. The staff seemed annoyed to point me in the right direction. I found my way to the front desk and staff were pleasant enough; however, lacked hospitality and didn't offer a complimentary water or any description of the "amenities". The elevators to the room was a hike and only one elevator was working. Once in the room we were pleasantly unsurprised by the very basic layout of the room - nothing resort-like about it. In the bathroom the lotion was stale, the shower liquids were running low and the wallpaper was peeling. The pool was basic with nothing charming about it. And watchout for security...they come aroubd a d i terrogate you if youre not wearing the bright orange suit wrist bands. There's an obnoxious whining sound from behind the pool that drowns out any hope for a relaxing day bu the pool so bring headphones or a soggy pillow from the room to muffle that for 45mins. The illusion show was nothing more than a poorly arranged cabaret show sprinkled with awkward silence and silly antics. But dont worry, you'll miss a lot of it being blocked by the person in front of you blinded by the too bright lights and the tall guy in front of you because seats

This is a very nice property and clean. The biggest negative was only 1 elevator was working. The spa was amazing and very relaxing. Jordon was wonderful.

Fabulous stay! Loved the pool/ hot tub and spa. Casino was fun… didn’t think food/ drink options were all that great and certainly not open late in evening.

Everything was great! Clean friendly.

Enjoyed my stay

The architecture was incredible. The shear size of the complex was awesome. The room was very comfortable and the whole facility was very very clean. The only complaint I had was our room was 260 steps from the from the main entrance. When you are 80 years old and pushing a luggage trolley for that distance, I found it very difficult. The desk clerk should be trained to recognize older clientele and arrange for them to be a little closer to the main entrance. Other than that issue, our stay was outstanding.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Update of hotel to include walk-in showers in every room would be ideal. There was no shower cap and there were no robes or slippers.

The room was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Great place to stay it's! And staff were very helpful.

The entire resort is beautiful. Our room was awesome and clean and it had the most adorable dresser and night stands that completely gave you that New Mexico vibe. We saw Tracy Lawrence at the resort in the venue was really great. It was clean and smoke free. The only thing we didn’t care for. Was the bright white lights in our faces, but that had nothing to do with the resort. They were a few restaurants choices. Having a few more options would be awesome. The staff from reception to walking throughout the resort. We’re friendly and extremely helpful. The only thing that would have been better is an upgrade on the showerheads, which I’m sure would take care of the water pressure issue. All in all, We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back to Santa Fe.

Very clean and well decorated. Food in the casino was very good. There was an issue with our credit card that the Manager had to resolve and said it was due to new staff. Rooms were a little pricier than I expected.

Neat place. Really loved the Red Sage. Nice hotel. Our room was spacious and lovely and we loved our balcony. Better directions from the staff to getting to our rooms. Offer a paper map or a down loadable digital map. We had to figure out where to go for meals, breakfast etc.
