The staff went above and beyond to make my visit to Santa Barbara enjoyable.

The location was perfect for the event we attended at the Santa Barbara bowl. When we arrived in the room, there wasn’t all the pillows on the bed in one didn’t have a pillowcase and there was two visible bugs on the pillow. Also, the blow dryer did not work.

Very good

The location was closed enough to downtown Santa Barbara, and with public transportation if I do not want to take a taxi. The room had ants even when it was cleaned up by the staff. the ants in the room

The location and parking is very convenient. The staff was helpful and allowed us an early check in so we could get ready for a wedding. The beds were comfortable and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Sweet place. Cute, cozy, non corporate!Comfortable bed. Great shower!

This old hotel is near the Old Mission. They do not have hair blow dryers nor small refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. There were gnats in the bathroom and bedroom and tiny pieces of trash on the floor. You have to wear an eye mask due to the lights in the room. Even for the area, I consider it way overpriced.

The price and location were good. The room was not the cleanest. There were cob webs in the room and the patio. We did not have any shampoo or soap in the room.

Nice place and easy to get to!
-
Very poorly furnished. NO INTERNET !! You could connect but it was too weak to use. Kept getting error message about no internet connection. Had to go to a nearby coffee shop. Stay here only if its a last place available

The check in and check out was fast I think they didn’t mop the floor. It was so dusty and the garbage can on the top of table, it’s not empty.

Location was great Overall it wasn’t bad

We had a bad experience staying here. For almost $400 a night we got into bed to find ants in the sheets. We asked to be moved rooms, pulled back the sheets in the next room to find more ants and someone else’s hair. The staff was helpful and at least helped us find a clean room but it was honestly disgusting and unacceptable.

I liked the value and price and location. Unfortunately saw cockroaches in the room.
