Very good

The room was pretty big and I liked the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The pool area wasn’t well taken care of, the lounge chairs had spider webs, a lot of the umbrellas were broken, the pool was also cold even though their website said they had a heated pool. Also the TV didn’t really work? It didn’t seem to be connected to anything and the remote was very basic, I don’t think they had cable channels. The AC unit was old and loud so we turned it off at night and we could hear street noise from our room.

Well kept property clean spacious rooms really nice walk in shower comfy bed The TV in our room was streaming only so if you don't have any streaming accounts such as Netflix or Hulu you have no TV

Convenience to our surgery center Choices for eating areas Grounds we're pretty The air conditioner vents needed vacuuming really bad! I didn't understand the top sheet situation My coffee cup had chip and crack So we used the other one We were in 131 so the doors to our patio were a little hard to figure out but we did!

Pool Location, Coffee was terrible no sugar no cream. Don’t even put enough for two people. Water pressure was terrible.

Amazing stay! Thank you!

Relaxing tropical feeling Very hard to find the rooms are not marked clearly . Our request for ground floor room and extra towels was ignored.
-
Restaurant, size of room, location (ground floor close to pool) There was no microwave. Patio door didn't latch closed (It locked, but the latch didn't catch so if the door wasn't locked it tended to 'blow' open for no apparent reason); this was a problem for us but hotel maintenance never returned to fix it as promised. Phone in room didn't work; we complained about this multiple times but it never got fixed. Vanity sink was unusable because it stunk like sewer whenever it was used; We didn't complain about this issue because of the lack of response to getting the patio door fixed and the phone fixed.

Pillows were very soft. Bad Smell, also sheets not clean

Hotel stay for 2 nights , clean older hotel . The elevator though was grimy , could tell they don’t mop or clean it inside. Room clean but only 2 towels for 4 people, just had to ask for towels. Nice pool area with plenty of chairs. Nice outside bar. Ate on patio outside the hotel restaurant - good food but not super busy and finally after 30 minutes had to flag down a waiter to take our order, even though they passed by us several times. Otherwise good price

Property is clean and quiet. Property has everything that one might need during their stay. Property has no hot tub
-
Nice clean quiet place to relax. Good value for expensive tourist destination. Away from the beach, less traffic on the Northside.

Very clean and nice The a/c wasn’t the best, but manageable
