Great trip for soccer tournament

I booked this for my daughter/husband Anniversary. When I messed the hotel to let them know they arrived to a room with a special treat and the bed decorated. They loved the property and convince to the concert venue they attended.

Room was very clean front desk were very nice and helpful and we loved the pool and breakfast

The young lady who ran front desk and drove the shuttle was so kind to me and my daughter and offered to drop us off multiple times and pick us up as needed. Will recommend this locations 5 stars top to bottom, value and facilities and team were outstanding

It’s my go to for my business trips to the Sandy area of Salt Lake.

We enjoyed our time at this Hyatt. We were disappointed when we went to go swim and the pool was shut down for several hours as that was our only available time to swim. The breakfast bar was great and the made to order omelette option was awesome!

Thank you to the breakfast crew for being so helpful, clean and giving me extra strawberries even when you were closing up! Your team is always awesome!

We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the room turned out to be. Plenty of room, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall package was great!

We had a second lovely stay at this convenient property, our last being during Spring ski season in 2023. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious and mostly had everything we needed. The property was well maintained and very safe. I took off one star because the breakfast was not as good as I remembered from our prior stay, and on a couple of occasions loud outside maintenance and other guests making noise at night kept us up. I also would recommend the hotel add more hooks in the rooms and bathrooms to hang bags, swimsuits, towels, etc. and more dressers or places to store things. Overall though, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a safe and pleasant stay in Sandy, Utah.

Great room and pool.

Such a nice hotel! Very clean everything was good! The pool, jacuzzi, gym, room and the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints at all! Didn’t hear noises at all and we were on the 2nd floor. Thanks!!!
