Great location. Nice lobby, excellent included breakfast. Nice gym and pool. Ideal for our business/leisure stay.

Breakfast was okay with a decent variety of options. I especially appreciated seeing protein choices other than pork, which was a nice option to have. The only issue we experienced was with the elevators, particularly in the morning around checkout time. Only two out of three elevators were working, and they were extremely slow and crowded with both guests checking out and cleaning staff moving throughout the hotel. This resulted in longer wait times and made getting to and from our room somewhat inconvenient. Aside from the elevator situation, everything else was great. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

One tip for those staying, bring a bar of soap. Such a bizarre thing that the rooms have no soap for washing your hands in the washroom. Otherwise it was a great stay. A little far out from the city centre but as long as you’re not adverse to traffic, there are plenty of food options and other amenities nearby in some nice neighbourhoods.

Room was very clean and roomy. Breakfast was good but didn’t find the milk cold enough.

The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in and check out was easy. The property is nice and in a good location. The breakfast is included with your stay. The fitness room is small and it has the basic equipment The room was nice and clean.

I have noticed, Hotel charged my credit card 38$ without any explanation or notice.

My first time starting there and will not be my last. Very clean and front seat staff were excellent.

Great location. Well designed room which is also equipped with very useful kitchenware, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We always enjoy the Awesome FREE breakfast.

The room was clean and the breakfast was great. On the whole the property was clean which is excellent. There was little trouble with access cards at the car entry gates and had to go to the front desk multiple times from the gate to get it to work which is little frustrating when we have kids in the car. It would be easier to go to the front desk to get the towels or other needed stuff instead of calling for room service as they suggest as it took multiple calls and request the same over couple of days when we finally received them.

Breakfast was the only thing that was great sheets were dirty shower door wouldn’t stay closed the water ran out into the bathroom. There were stains in the bed floor Looks like it wasnt vacuumed.

Parking is limited and parking alternatives need better signage. On checkout, turned in room keys and then found out I needed the key to exit the parking deck :>( (Someone could have explained that.) Otherwise, my stay was excellent. Room was large, well outfitted with real plates, mugs, and kitchenware, extra linens and pillow, etc. Breakfast had delicious choices. We have stayed twice and love the proximity to MARTA.

Is that the property were very nice. The breakfast is really good. I really enjoyed everything especially the pool.

The night I decide to eat at the hotel the worse experience happened when I called to order a food the first time the "lady" at the bar hung up the phone soon I told what I would like to order. Called the second time a not very polity man answer ( I tought maybe they are busy...) He pass it back to the "lady" ( what do you want?) who on rushed way just told me give me a 20 minutes ( Not hi this is ...how could I help you?/ nothing...) I was ok ( they must be really busy to treat people like that) ...wait wait wait wait.. almost hr later I called to find out about my order to find out throught a RUDE guy who "informed me" WE DONT HAVE ROOM SERVICES HERE ( like he was talking with his mother...hope not) I tried to explain that I wasnt informed about that also I wasn't informed that my food was ready to pick up ( I dont have a problem to go down stairs to pick up( I have a problem with RUDE IMPOLITE DISRESPECTFULL PEOPLE) HE HUG UP THE PHONE WHEN I WAS STILL SHARING THAT I DIDN'T KNEW ABOUT IT. so I called back and cancel bc complete lost the apetite. This hotel for sure will never ever see one cents from me, my family and friends bc I will make sure they know about what I recived for chose to stay there. NO THANK YOU.
