DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond Airport

Only downside is that breakfast was HORRIBLE! they were out of coffee, so I had to wait for them to brew more. A couple of some dried out pancakes and flavorless eggs.Staff was super nice however. Not their fault.

Had a nice room and used the Airport Shuttle Service they provided. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Staff was helpful and accommodating. Very close to the airport and convenient.

Service was good but was disappointed that my room preference reservation was changed without notification. Clean facility and the breakfast was good.

The property was in a good location, close to restaurants, gas stations and markets.

We had spots on carpet, paint peeling on bathroom ceiling, wallpaper peeling in bathroom other than this was ok. Liked the restaurant and bar, lobby area, all employees were very nice and helpful

I stay at this hotel quite frequently and I cannot express how clean and wonderful this facility is. The staff are at your backing call for anything you need or if it’s just for a small chat. They have a shuttle that runs from the airport that is extremely important for me and you are only about a mile from the airport. It is in a very safe, kind of secluded location along with the Hilton Garden Inn is right beside it. That hotel is wonderful as well, but I prefer this Hilton. I think because I have got to know the staff in the facility oh so well. I am flying and traveling constantly, and this will always be my go to hotel in Richmond.

When I went to check out, there was a long line of people waiting to check in (@ 4AM!) becuae the front desk person had not "done the audit" and the shuttle to the airport had not been called. Glad I asked!

The associates were personable, the service was accommodating, the rooms were clean & comfortable. The amenities were very pleasant and allowed us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Not much!

Poorly maintained facilities, air condition was broken as well shower head don’t work. Complain about problem. Was told they will fix it. But for our three days of stay, despite complaining every day, no one came and fix the shower or air condition.

The address was hard to find even for Google map!

They wanted to charge $10/day to park your car there when I initially booked because I *thought* it included shuttle service. It’s more expensive to leave your car there than to park at the airport. Disappointing.
