We stayed for two separate reservations at the Springhill Suites and Residence Inn . It has two parts to the hotel. Suites and Residence. The residence is the one to pick in our opinion as it has a kitchen. It also cost us less on the Residence side for the room with kitchen and full size refrigerator and than the Suites. Great pool which long enough to do some lengths rather than just get wet. All was very well maintained and modern. I believe the hotel was just over a year old when we stayed. The hotel offers free breakfast buffet which was fairly typical fare for an American hotel. Breakfast was particularly busy every morning with an “every man for themselves” feel. We started taking basic items back to our room instead. Over all a very nice modern and clean hotel. Kevin on the front desk was a superstar stand out for us. We’d definitely stay again but would book the “Residence” side.

Our family LOVED this stay. It was brand new, clean, stylish...my kids thought we had really "splurged" for the luxury hotel! We often stop in SLO or Paso Robles and this is our first time staying here. We will absolutely be back. Walking distance to restaurants and a market, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful outdoor pool, and friendly staff.

New, clean, roomy, nice decor, bathrooms were especially nice. Can’t think of anything I didn’t like. My daughter thought the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

I loved how close it was to Laguna Lake Park and the festivities I was involved in. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. My back went out.

Room clean, property clean, staff- 100%on customer service. Breakfast and eating area and cooking staff- great/lots of space to eat. Did not try the gym this stay. Easy check in and check out no hassles through a third party.
