Convenient location

Excellent location walking distance to downtown SLO. Clean comfortable rooms. Family owned so nice to support small business . We always stay here. One off ramp from famous Madonna inn. Very nice staff. Great deal for the money!

Place was neat and well-kept. The location allowed us to walk downtown, enjoy various restaurants in the area and visit the mission.

Great hotel and very fairly priced. Free parking on site was great. Staff were all very kind. Hotel felt clean and safe. Very close to downtown. We went to the farmers market and walked there in about 3 minutes. Gas station is right in front in case you need anything but front desk had some sodas and waters for $1 which was great and convenient. Would stay again!

CLEAN ROOMS NICE STAY CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN

Clean room, great location, and a friendly staff make this budget wise motel a great place to spend the night!

The room was very clean, comfy bed, good air-conditioning and plenty of free parking. The staff were helpful. We had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker with free coffee sugar etc and very quiet place to stsy

Would definitely stay again the staff is super fun and a lot of days the bathroom before our check-in time in one of the dirty rooms they’re still cleaning. We were also able to park there before our check-in time to walk around downtown. The bed was comfortable. It’s just the TV is quite old even though we brought our fire sticks I did not work with such an old TV. Overall, we like the location and we will definitely stay again.

Good relatively affordable place to stay given its location. My room was clean and comfy. Make sure you're aware, though, before arrival, that A. you can only park one car on their lot (although it's easy to park nearby on the street) and that they have an extremely strict no exceptions policy prohibiting pets. There is a sign in their front lobby but I didn't know this was the case until I actually showed up (same with the one-car policy). This info wasn't present in the confirmation email from Hotels.com, or at least it wasn't obvious. Otherwise, staff was very nice, the place well taken care of, and given the last minute reservation and location, fairly priced.

Nothing extraordinary but nothing bad either. It is ok. Amenities are null but there is a convenience store nearby for water. Coffee not drinkable but there are amazing coffee shops nearby. I would stay again because of location.

Very clean room. Great location. Can easily walk to all the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
