The Urban San Francisco

The room was clean and well-maintained when we arrived. The bathroom and shower area were also very clean throughout our stay. Overall, we were happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and had a pleasant experience. If we had any issues , the staff were friendly to help out. I would stay again in the future.

This place is a gem! Great location , reasonably priced, sparkling clean & the staff is very friendly. The young man who handed me my luggage let me rest for a few minutes in the lounge area. Very nice of him, I wish I had caught his name. So yes book it without hesitation! What's there not to like,?

Hotel is actually a glorified hostel.no bathrooms or showers in the rooms. Worse yet, no elevators! Girl at front desk was very difficult to reach, as you must call the front desk to get back into the hostel.and she suggests seemed to be elsewhere, sometimes waiting 10 to 15 minutes to get back inside! Loved this place! Affordable. Great location. Friendly staff. Private room but clean shared private bathrooms and showers

Decent price Loud noise until very late, room stank of smoke, showers either didn't work or weren't hot.

Worth the price!

I have stayed here multiple times I've never been held accountable for a deposit, but somehow and for some reason I was charged $100 for a place that I've never given any problems, I called the front desk and asked to speak to a manager but nobody was available, and then I was hung up on multiple times

My Stay was Amazing. I would stay at the URBAN again.

This is a hostel, where the toilets and the showers are not connected to the rooms. It is three stories, with two unique historical looking stairways leading up to the second and third floors. The rooms are cute, but small. The restaurant across the street is good, I ate there three times!
