Great stay for a concert at Oracle Park!!

The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. AC is pretty silent Boutique here i think refers only to the lack of services. No one to help with bags on arrival or bring them to the room. Room was dusty on my arrival. No room service. Asked for a wine opener that was supposed to come in 15 mins (!) and never came. Shouldn’t it be in the room maybe? You can hear the neighbors too. The hotel aesthetic is questionable, LED TV screens everywhere in the lobby, total visual pollution besides being completely tasteless. In many ways felt like an expensive motel with questionable taste. It is, quite plainly, the soul of a highway motel dressed in a designer price tag.

Everything there was a work of Art! Our room was a piece of art! This is a definite must stay! My favorite so far! Can’t wait to go back!!! My wife loves art and we had the best time here! Didn’t want to leave! We even extended our stay! Love this hotel!

Great hotel. Walking distance to Oracle Park. If you’re attending a concert this is the spot. Close to other stuff. The suite was spacious.

The staff was super nice and the valet was very efficient. The design of the lobby was pretty and the coffee at the radiator cafe was great! The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view! The water pressure was really low, I couldn’t wash my hair. The carpet in the room could need replacing as it looked dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable walking on it without shoes.

The staff are lovely! The gym is great. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but I did grab breakfast from the cafe and it was yummy. Fab location. Would stay there again.

We went to the Giants Game and the hotel was conveniently located. We drank tea at the bar. Everyone that works there was friendly and very helpful navigating us around San Francisco. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were so comfy. We recommend this Hotel for anyone staying in SF.

Very nice rooms, clean, comfortable beds. $42 each for a breakfast buffet. Many hotels offer that for free. Lots of fees that add up quickly.

Good location. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the ambience in the lounge area too.
