Great staff, older but well improved room. Great location. The biggest issue was only elevator was working and it was small.

The location is convenient to places.

The Hotel had a 24 hour manned reception and the staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was a generous size and had a large king bed that was very comfy. Bathroom was a good size. It was a great location - only 1/2 block from Union Square where pretty much gives you access to anything you want to do - cable car, Macy's, Hop on Hop off bus. It felt safe at night to walk around the area. Locally, we can recommend Lori's Diner for breakfast and Johnny Foley's Irish House for dinner. The floorboards were squeaky in the rooms.

there wasn’t a proper shower, and you risk to flood the bathroom when you take a shower

This was a very nice hotel. Kind of a modern style but very clean, a good value, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very thin walls. You can hear everything. Even though we had a room at one of the top levels we could still hear people yelling, and laughing on the street below as well as traffic. They don’t really have on-site parking. It’s on the same block at the Westin. It’s hard to find and is $100/ night. It’s valet and the Westin won’t park your car until you go to the hotel and come back with a ticket.

The bed is very comfortable. The room was very easy to relax in and large. A soft area rug would be nice…

No mini fridge, but there was an ice machine and good filtered water for hydroflask refills

It was great. We parked down the street they do having their own parking but it was out of our budget honestly. It was nice there’s restaurants nearby and everything is walkable. I will stay here again when i come back to sf. I did pay for king suite i was expecting the bathroom to be a bit bigger honestly, wish windows opened more or at least be able to open more than 1 window.

Mostly great. Super nice and helpful staff. Clean room. Overall nice renovation of an old building. Things that could have been better: lighting in the room is meant to be cute but not really bright enough to see anything; slow elevator; pillows could have been better—not much give.

I BOOKED this hotel last minutes, the one that I choose looks like a horror movie. The minutes that I walked in the reception the staff was really nice with me. Thank you so much!
