Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Suites San Francisco Airport

The stay was actually amazing im will say i will recommend it to Stay out here and I can't wait for the next time to come back here soon

I’ve never really written a bad review before so this feels a little off, but this property was so dirty, on our way from the elevator to the rooms it smelled like fresh paint throughout the day and night, and there were plenty of lamps missing, when we got to a room, the bathroom was so dirty. The tub was dirty. The shower was clogged. There were hairs all over the shampoo and conditioner. One of the towels was also dirty and the toilet seat was also dirty. You could hear a lot of noise at night as well. The staff was great, but this location needs a lot of fixes and to be cleaned better.

It was conveniently close to the airport, if you can drive. There was no one to help with luggage, but they provide luggage carts (!).

this is our 4th time staying here and we have never had an issue. Staff friendly, hotel clean.

Room was not cleaned properly; there were pubic hairs in the shower/tub left on the soap dispensers. and the room had a odor. Checked out early and went to different hotel.

Well appointed clean room. Good check-in. Convenient for train into SF. Nothing much within walking distance, bar/restaurant is OK but has limited choices

Hotel was nice, but the halls had a strong cologne odor that was not pleasant.

We where awaken at 5 am , false alarm. No coffee available because everyone was out of the room at the same time and coffee ran out.
