The staff was great. The room we stayed in is in the older section but still clean. The pools were fun. We didn’t have to leave the property. The restaurant was great for dinner and the market had coffee and pastries for purchase

Property was clean and the location was great next to the trolley next to the mall next to the golf course. Couple restaurants at the facilities swimming pool was awesome.

This is a cool hotel with a retro feel that was renovated with the last few years. The location is great and the bar and pool area is a cool vibe while bring family friendly. The room was fine and my only issue was the bathroom that was very small.

The entire time I was at the hotel for 2 nights I made a total of 4 mainance calls for the same issue. Everytime taking about 1hr to fix, then leaving only to return back to the same issue.

The room was not as described. Expected a more renovated room as pictured. Felt a bit shabby. Upon booking, we expected to be in a newer tower. The AC unit did not work properly, we notified the front desk.

Such a fun experience all the way around! Great place to bring the kids! The pool and waterslide kept them entertained for hours, along with all the extra curricular activities the hotel provided for them. Food and drinks were great! The staff were helpful and polite! Definitely recommend!

The room was clean. Did not have carpet. The staff was friendly. The pool was amazing and spacious. Lots of lounging chairs available for relaxation.
