Rooms were not very clean. The second room had a baby roach, and the freezer ice maker did not work. In the first room, the stove did not work. The staff was somewhat helpful. The area was quiet.

Appreciate the full kitchen, staff was very helpful, daily breakfast was nice and convenient!

Having a kitchen and open spacious room for an almost 2 week stay was super great and having hot breakfast options was also really great. The pool stayed open until 10 and that was nice to enjoy. Lots of great amenities. If I am ever back down this way I will definitely be staying here again!!!

I'm staying at this hotel for the second time, but for some reason I was disappointed, the most I didn't like was that the TV didn't have YouTube, in my opinion the TV needs to be updated, the rooms are stupidly not very clean, the breakfast didn't impress me at all, if you want to stay here think carefully, I don't recommend it

Was made to wait an hour and a half to check into room. Did receive free parking as a comp. Breakfast was very good. The rooms and property were clean and in good condition. Whoever was in the room above made a lot of noise at night, sometimes seemed like they were jumping up and down and I could hear them when they ran the water.

I was a little nervous when I first walked into the hotel. It was musty, and looked outdated. I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, and was pleasantly surprised! It was updated, clean, spacious, and the beds were so comfortable! My only complaint about the room was the humidity. The breakfast buffet was just ok, nothing exciting or special. Coffee was good, though! The only other issue we had was that our room keys didn't work on two separate evenings. It was a hassle because it was the side door of the building and our hands were all full. We had to tote everything around to the front of the building. Not a major issue, just an inconvenience. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it, especially or families.

Rooms are clean- top notch!!!. Great staff. Great gym and clean laundromat. Breakfast was the BEST!!!!!...THANK YOU TONY....You're the Best.

The room was clean and location was perfect… and close to many eateries and shopping centers…

During both nights of our stay, there was excessive noise coming from other guests. We could hear loud stomping and loud music so clearly that the music was vibrating through the room. Because of the level of noise, my family and I were unable to get adequate sleep. We contacted the front office during the night and asked for assistance. Although someone came to check on the situation, the excessive noise continued afterward. The following day, I also informed the front office about what had happened because I wanted management to be aware of the issue and hopefully address it so that the next guests would not have to experience the same problem. Unfortunately, it felt as though our complaint was not taken seriously. Instead of addressing the noise issue or explaining what would be done to prevent it from happening again, we were simply offered a late checkout. While I appreciate the offer, a late checkout does not resolve the fact that we were unable to sleep because of the ongoing noise. We also had concerns regarding the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had hair present, the toilet seat appeared dirty, and there was dirt/dust around the head area of the beds. These conditions were disappointing and did not meet t

The hotel was great however when we stayed there, only 1 elevator was in service. So it was very inconvenient relying on 1 elevator for the whole place. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Special appreciation for Tina who prepared the breakfast for us each weekday morning and for the lady who prepared breakfast this morning. They were efficient, kept the area orderly and clean, and I especially appreciate how friendly they were. Kudos to them!

The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with Iiving room and kitchen was very roomy and convenient especially since we were staying with our dogs. The room was very quiet although it was located near a gas station and car wash. It was a few minutes drive to popular attractions in San Diego and a quick drive to La Jolla. We would definitely stay there again.

Very well maintained, Good looking hotel situated in the prime area. Breakfast was so good although is closes at 8.30am itself during weekdays. I would strongly recommend this hotel for a peaceful, hassle-free stay
