AC was fantastic. It was an older property that has been cleaned up and was acceptable. Breakfast was solid. Parking was good. It was a maze to get from the lobby to our room - including going down a flight of stairs. Water pressure was good in the shower. But a safe good stay.

Chipped paint, dirty windows, horrible customer service. Not worth the price

Get a better breakfast for trackers

It worked in a pinch, but probably would go elsewhere.

The location was great with a view of the harbor and enjoyable walking around. The hotel is a bit rundown and can use some refreshing. Close to the airport

We had a short overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Tgg he e parking lot had space for our car and was convenient to the room. It’s not a destination hotel but it was suitable and close to the ai

Staff was great very helpful

This property is on the older side and it does look like they are trying to make improvements, but painting over something isn't improvements something need to be replace. I booked two room, one was okay and the other always had a damp feeling to it and I could see mold.

I guess you get what you pay for. Great location though. Right by the fishing and boats in the marina

I had to ask for the breakfast hrs & location. The staff were helpful when asked, but not hospitable. After I checked us in, I went to car to get my family & dog. While in the process of checking in another guest, the concierge got my attention with an interesting remark, “you didn’t tell me you had a dog”. I explained it was on my reservation. “It’s $20” was the response. Simply a misunderstanding or maybe poor communication? Room wasn’t prepped with the usual AC on, or tissue box & trash bag replenished, but was able to resolve on my own so no issue. Room lacked welcoming vibe. It had 1 picture frame & lacked pillows on the stain-covered sofa. Even lobby sofa had giant stain on it. Walls were painted over to make look clean, but the bathroom door jamb revealed layers of dust that had gone unattended. I don’t recommend this establishment as pet friendly as the signs along the exterior of the building say “if your dog poops, please leave your address so we can send our dog to go poop on your property”. Moreover, hotel doesn’t have designated pet use stations for pets to go. Out of all the other surrounding hotel properties, many being smaller names, not chains, this was NOT the right choice. None of the stay was relaxing. I would opt for anything else nearby. This is supposed to be a Ramada by Wyndham?

Poor hotel in quality.

Was charged $25/day for a balcony but small room. Door would jam. Low water pressure in shower. Bed was comfortable.
-
The property was run down. The bed was nice but the room door was terrible. Dirty and needed painting. We could no even open the door with out pushing it open forcefully. My husband said never again. The restroom need painting as well.

The water pressure in the shower was great & the beds were not bad. The hotel it self is very old. The paint job looked like a five year old did it. The door to our room stuck you had to kick it to open & close it. The elevator was small & you had to hold your breath in it because the smell was bad. The breakfast had no protein available but hard boiled eggs that you had no clue how old they were. We had to asked for towels everyday. We were 4 people staying in one room & they would give us 2 bath towels & 2 hand towels. The hotel was a maze to get to your room. You wold use the elevator to the second floor, then walk down a hall way go out side, go down stairs, then more stairs to get to your room. which made using a cart for your luggage a joke. There was no parking.
