Hilton San Diego Airport/Harbor Island

Food was bad and extremely overpriced. Room was outdated, rust on walls, was a cheaper hotel with Hilton prices.

Liked the airport shuttle. Had a hamburger in the restaurant. It was great, but expensive ($25)

The view was beautiful

We couldn’t really use the balcony because there was AC machinery directly in front of it that released a very loud noise approximately every 30 minutes. Even with the balcony door closed, the noise was loud enough to scare our kids every night. I really wish we had been given a better room, especially knowing that we were staying with small children. Another major issue was that I had specifically reserved a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival we were given a room with only one king bed. That was clearly not sufficient for four people. I was surprised that this wasn’t noticed during check-in, particularly since we were there with two young children who had to sleep while being carried on our shoulders that night. Having to deal with the room change after arriving with tired children was a significant inconvenience and made the first night much more difficult than it needed to be. Overall, the stay could have been much better if the reserved room type had been honored and we had been assigned a quieter room away from the AC machinery.

Location, comfortable bed. Booked a king with harbor views. I was given 2 queens with marina views and was told it was an upgrade, it was not. I book hotels with breakfast, this hotel came up, it does not include breakfast, There is a restaurant that was very expensive. $65 for a breakfast burrito and vegatable omelette to go, no beverages.

Great stay. Pool is very nice.

The location was good The room they gave me wasn’t that great. I did have my little doggie with me so maybe that is way the room location wasn’t great. It also needed some upgrades but since I was only there overnight it sufficed

It's waterfront Way overpriced !!!!! Unfriendly staff, obstructed water view, stinky elevator, very tight balcony, uncomfortable bed, dusty curtains, slow draining water in the shower, unreasonable parking fee, doesn't serve breakfast, expensive bottled water which could have been complimentary.
