Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Diego Pacific Beach

The rooms are spacious, which was a nice surprise. My one complaint was the bathroom: ventilation was poor, and the showerhead had some mold that could use attention. Overall, a comfortable stay with a couple of maintenance issues worth flagging to management.

The hotel was a good value. I wouldn’t stay in room 100 again. It was too noisy by the busy street. Also wish they would allow pets.

Easy parking. Garage available. Easy access to freeway, Sea World, Pacific Beach. Off of a busy road. Clean appealing rooms, Nice large bathroom with walk in shower. Mini fridge has no freezer. Beds, pillows, linens are good. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast choices were good. If you prefer a quiet room, ask for a parking lot view.

I booked a room for 4 adults and a child, when I got to the room I realized there were two beds, went down to the front desk requesting a roller bed they told me they couldn’t provide me with one since they are not allowed to put one into the room, I asked her why they allowed me to book a room for this many people and they said rooms are not about amount of people, just rooms, I asked them what to do and they just said, book another room and pay for it, interesting!

Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, safe area, breakfast is okay.

Great place to stay for a night with a beauiful park and swimming area. I really enjoyed my stay with a coffee shop, several restaurants and 7/11's within a 5 minute walk. The staff were lovely too.

Free breakfast which is pretty good to make a English muffin breakfast sandwich. Clean and well maintained room, pool and lobby. Parking was easy and sufficient spots for the stay, close to the airport and La Jolla, San Diego Proper so we had a fun stay! Room fridge had no freezer but that's minor.

Our stay was great! Hotel is well maintained the staff is friendly and the breakfast it’s pretty decent it changes everyday. Location was central to all our outings. Overall a great stay!

When in San Diego I will definitely stay here again. Easy parking, very clean and quiet room and very helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms were very close to the street and very noisy. If you need a quiet space to sleep this is not it.

Location nearby all attractions, best part is nice and healthy breakfast. Covered praking slots can be increased

Central location ans easy access There was no jacuzzi only a pool.

Beds were clean, semi firm No one told us that we had to put our keycard in to use electricity and that was super odd

Nice area. We had requested a king size bed and were assigned a king size disabled room without any warning. At check in, we were instructed to request the room cleaning service before 12:00pm. Requested the room clean 2 days in a row. They took out the trash from the trash cans and left clean towels. Wet dirty towels were left behind. On the 3rd day, after I requested clarification regarding their cleaning service, I was told we had been getting the "refresh" service. Had no clue I was supposed to ask for full cleaning service. We were there 4 nights and the room was cleaned one time. We were a group of 4, only given 3 or 2. When I asked for another towels, I was told to wait 2 1/2 hours until house keeping got in. Neatless to say, customer service is not their strong.

Breakfast exceeded our expectations. We’re traveling with 4 teenagers and we were all able to have a satisfying “free” breakfast which definitely helps on travel costs. Hotel was very clean, with mostly modern amenities and felt very safe and comfortable despite being directly off a busy road. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were great. We asked for 2 adjoining rooms for all of us and they were able to accommodate. The WiFi was a little confusing to figure out but overall a great stay. We would stay there again and would happily recommend the place to others. Signing onto the WiFi was confusing
