Villa Montes Hotel

The location was perfect. Close to Caltrain and many restaurants.

I would not recommend this horrible hotel! Please, search for another place! We’ve stayed at much better hotels in the area for less money!!! The lady at the front desk made it clear she was not happy welcoming customers! She never told us the room card had to be used besides the elevator button in the garage. We were like idiots waiting for the elevator until. Once we made it to the room, one of the night table lamps didn’t work. I called the front desk. Her response? There was no maintenance at night, she was all alone, they were sold out, so we had to wait until the morning! I couldn’t turn the AC remote on, her response? I don’t know what unto your room has, open the window because there’s no one to come up now. She then proceeded to hang up the phone! In addition? This hotel has no amenities! No cafeteria or restaurant to have a meal at night! Absolutely awful!!!

Breakfast has limited options, if they can add few more varieties to breakfast then it is 10/10 for me ,.. for now would 8/10

The biggest issue for us was the AC — it barely worked, and the room stayed uncomfortably warm even when we had it running. When I brought this up to the front desk, the lady asked whether we had opened a window and then said there was nothing else they could do. She was also rude throughout the interaction and didn’t seem interested in trying to help or find any kind of solution. Breakfast was also very disappointing. There was basically no actual hot food. Most of what was offered was packaged items like waffles and cereal rather than a proper hot breakfast. The selection and overall quality were poor enough that I wouldn’t really count breakfast as a benefit of staying here. The location is convenient for SFO along with free parking, but based on the dated rooms, weak AC, poor breakfast, and especially the unhelpful front-desk experience, I wouldn’t stay here again with a family if i had to choose

Staff was amazing. We had a problem neighbor, but staff quickly took care of it. Room was exceptional, full size fridge & kitchenette; that was not expected.

The excuse given was fda asked them to remove it.

This was a quick little getaway. This was a beautiful and pleasant hotel. The staff was was friendly, the hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will for sure be booking this stay again.

This place was ok. Pretty good price for the 1 night stay going through SFO.

The property was beautiful however we had no working remote and when received a new one , still didn't work and was told to wait for maintenance, breakfast was limited not alor of healthy options. The terrace has a terrible view with no lounge area not even chairs

Easy access to Caltrain and took it right to the ballpark.

The hotel is Good, but de free parking is on the street. And breakfast is ok, but slim, I felt miss more options of the protein.

Clean room, staff was friendly, breakfast being offered at 6:30am is really Awesome! Only down side is that their hot tub sauna is no longer in use, seems like they use the area for storage.

Free parking and coffee was good thats about it. Front desk was very short with responses and not very friendly with what you should expect being your first greeting.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood felt safe. We look toward to staying here again in the future!

Very comfortable room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Secure parking area, nice ammenities. A bit worn around the edges,but clean and conveniently located. Would stay there again.
