A lot of parking, Easy check in. Room was clean, air conditioning was working. Quiet place, perfect for us staying the night. Several food options nearby as well.

Nothing the room was full of roaches so dirty It was infested with roaches crawling on walls checked out immediately

Avoid this property at all cost. It’s less a hotel more of a housing project and that ain’t no joke. Shady neighborhood as well. I booked here because of the decent reviews. Clearly many fellow travelers possess low standards.

I wasn't able to stay cause no id and I wasn't able to use my wife I'd to get the room so they kept are money and no refund after they said they would give us a refund

There was no breakfast. There was no staff there when we left at 9:30 am. This is not in a very good neighborhood. The staff when I checked in was rude and said she would not serve me until we moved our car from in front. We were in room 102 just under a man who was dealing drugs from what I could tell until about 3 am. I know you don't have control over this, but I was afraid because there was a man and woman with raised angry voices. Then someone else with loud voices and banging within each hour or so. I wasn't sure if someone would shoot a gun, and we were right underneath them. This was May 25th at your downtown San Bernadino location.

It served its purpose for a one nighter. Going through some type of electrical update cause the room refrigerator was constantly going out and water coming out of it. There's also no ice machine. According to staff, transient people would constantly break it.
