Hampton Inn & Suites San Bernardino

The bathroom was especially bad. There was no tub, just a large walk-in shower with a fold-down seat and handicap rails, and there was no shower curtain or proper barrier. Water spread across the bathroom floor toward the toilet and sink, leaving the entire area wet. The room was very, very disappointing, and I was so uncomfortable that I could hardly sleep. The hotel is in a nice business area with many other great hotels nearby, so travelers definitely have plenty of other options. After paying in full in advance, I expected to receive the room I actually reserved. Unfortunately, we left extremely dissatisfied and do not feel we received what we paid for. I believe some type of refund or compensation is appropriate.

Walls are thin and our room was next to a couple that was loud and a crying baby. They left the TV on all night and it was loud. We could hear everything at 2 am in the morning. We didn't get any sleep. The most positive is that the staff was very friendly and the air conditioning worked great!

The staff was extremely nice and catering. The room was clean. I booked a queen suite and the only issue was the pull out couch bed was broken. Besides that small issue the stay was excellent.

Better breakfast

Room and common area were run down and old. Room smelled like pee, maybe from dogs. Smelt weed everywhere on the property. Don’t normally give bad reviews but want others to know. The only positive thing I can say is the area is nice. It is next to a Costco.

The tiles around the base of the toilet were cracked and felt like they were getting ready to fall downward (Room 315)

An excellent No-Frills hotel. A block from the beach.

Clean room comfy bed breakfast was good.

We will definitely book again for our next Leadership event. Considering the room price stay reasonable, we will be back.
