Red Roof Inn PLUS+ San Antonio Downtown - Riverwalk

The room was pretty good, bed was clean. The bathroom handsoap,shower gel needed refilled, sink almost stopped up. To pay 233. No ice on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th had to go to the 5th and 6th floor. Better coffee cups. Pay 15 dollars a day for parking crazy work.

I rented a room with 2 queen beds for my daughter and I so we can take a mental break from all the stress life can bring,to feeling even more overwhelmed while staying at Red Roof Inn Plus. First of all out of the 7 days we stayed we went swimming once, pool was to dirty. The Landry place ate my money the machines were broken and it took a week to refund me. Then we didn't have a fridge or microwave. So thst was my stay...

The staff were friendly and helpful. The Inn was clean and comfortable. The price was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

The first two rooms had mold all over them. The next two rooms had mowed all night. Nowhere on their main page?Did they say anywhere about having to pay for parking. The behind the counter , there wasn't even helping me wanted to be very condescending about having to paper parking was very ugly , would not stop talking.

Room was nice and clean. I love that the hotel is in walking distance to the Riverwalk. Staff was exceptional especially Dolores. She was a pleasure to speak with. Very friendly and helpful and I especially enjoyed personality. Parking should be free if not using the garage. Most of the outlets in the room were not working. Internet kept going in and out.

Front desk was polite and check in was fast

It is not hospitality when you get charged for parking spot when you are not there.

Room was moldy had a musty smell bathroom wall was rotting out no amenities at all in the room ask staff about an upgrade or changing to a different room and said most of the rooms are like that and since I went through Expedia, he couldn’t do anything

Fairly close to Riverwalk and the price was good but it was a bit dingy and walking back at night under the bridge was a bit nerve racking.

It was ok for the price…. They stick you with a $20 parking charge which if I would’ve known prior than I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

good service and overall very well for the price we paid. staff was friendly. very disapointed to get caught off guard, no warning regarding the charge for parking on the premise! the reservation should a.) let the customer know about the fee to park, b) let the customer know how much the fee is to park c.) give the customer the option to pay at the time of reserving , pre-paying should also give a discount

Elevators were not working and we had the 4th floor , beds are hard and the toilet wouldn’t flush we had to open the toilet bowl

We were there for a night and room smelled musty.
