Toilet seat was dirty, the room looked like it hadn't been dusted or wiped down in weeks. Maid service was not provided in my room for a 3 night stay. Hotel was very outdated on top of the cleaning issues.

I mean I consider Quality Inn in its best form to be almost like a Best Western. Or its got 80% of what Holiday Inn Express has. This one way underperformed. It claims to have breakfast but there was no fruit, no eggs, no yogurt, no milk. There was only waffles, bread, muffins and juice. I was here on business and when I reserve a hotel that claims to have breakfast (not continental breakfast, they claim to serve breakfast) I expect breakfast so that I can get through my day! This meant I had to go out to get something healthy...I can't live on waffles, syrup and bread. I've stayed in other Quality Inns that were better for sure.

Great price. Room and amenities as expected.

It was a nice room just smelled like smoke or something and air conditioner wouldn't cool. The parking was real easy in front

The staff was helpful but not very cheerful.

I liked where it was located. The hotel itself has a poor quality vibe. It looks like the hotels original owners sold it due to not having the proper funds to fix all of the things wrong with it. The new owners bought the hotel and they don’t have the money needed to tackle all of the maintenance issues, so the hired family members and people off of the street to make the repairs and handle the paint work. The TV’s are small, the remote (in my room) didn’t work well (even after I replaced the batteries). The dark paint tries to hide the a lot of the horrible patchwork. The bed was extremely bad. The mattress was not on there list of things to worry about. This mattress was probably a manufactured defect and the hotel owner picked it up at a Craigslist sale. The mattress creaked every time I moved. It was louder than the Air Conditioner that was blowing 5 feet away from the bed. Needless to say, I didn’t get much sleep. Checking out was a different story. There isn’t anyone there at the front desk if you have to check out by 5am. I had to call the main number of the hotel and talk to someone that I woke up. They told me to just leave the room key at the desk. Great location, just a bad hotel experience.

Location was perfect for venue. Decor was aged and the a/c unit was refreshingly cold but loud.

Cheap Further from SZlC Airport than I had thought.

Secure parking lot the TV in my room did not work

Poor service. Deadbolt on room door wouldn't work. They gave me another room. The bathroom light in that room kept going dark.

This was decent for the price. Location was just what we needed. Staff was friendly. We felt safe, but overall it was just an OK stay. They had no extra blankets. AC didn't work part of the time but was eventually fixed. Breakfast was very skimpy. There was a lot of noise across the hall the first night, second night was better.
