great staff. The bed could use replacement

Room was clean parking was easy and felt safe bc the garage is locked nightly. Would recommend.

Great experience

Staff quick to help with anything. We didn't have an iron or board, but they brought it in a few minutes. Plug-ins could be better for this room. The bed is on a platform up some stairs, but there is no nightstand or outlets, so you either need a long cord or leave charging devices down the steps. Parking was very easy and felt secure. You're going to hear your neighbors unless you get something like a sound machine or leave the TV on when trying to sleep.

Otherwise and enjoyable place to stay

I hadn't been there before and the fun room decor was a blast. I'd like to choose my room in advance the next time I come. Try out different decors! Exterior didn't look promising but the interior was very fun! It's not that easy to get to the entrance. You should change the address to 5th South to make it easier to find.

The overall experience was excellent. The room and overall presentation was perfect in every way. Staff were friendly and the bed was comfy. Great for one on one time, very romantic. Long soaks in the jacuzzi tub with soft music in the back ground. A dance or two. Great layout. Breakfast served to our door at our chosen time

Very nice staff, very dated room.. much smaller than perceived.. no room refresh on a 2 day stay. It was adequate, but nothing special
