The hotel was clean, staff was nice but the smell of the room was really bad. String chemical smell, not sure if it was a deodorizer, off gassing but it was intense.

This was a great place to stay. Our room was very large and had a refrigerator and microwave and sofa. The staff was very friendly, they had coffee, water and cookies available and the included breakfast was good with lots of choices. We would stay again.

The staff was very helpful and very nice. The property was clean and accommodating. We appreciated the chance to have our little pup able to stay with us in such a nice place. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Absolutely loved this place. For how inexpensive it was it was a very nice place. No complaints at all. Staff was wonderful and the room was nice. If we need to stay in Salem again we’ll definitely stay there!!

Over the last few years, I have stepped up in $ and ratings. I’m more careful about selecting quality/ value. This met both. It was only a nights stay, but I would stay longer if we visit again.

Convenient location in Salem. Good and safe place to stay for 1 night or passing through Salem. Don’t pick the dark rooms in the 1st floor/basement where the window faces cement wall and can’t see any blue sky. 3rd and 4th floors are better. Breakfast is not fancy but decent.

Very pleasant stay, especially joking with the witty and fun front desk manager. Good breakfast. All the staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was a haven after busy days.

Bed was comfy. Room was large and quiet. Staff and service was excellent. We didn't eat breakfast there so cannot comment on the food.
