Nice place to stay always has nice beds

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times within a few months during a couple of trips. It's a great hotel with great staff who are very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was $15 extra per person was not included in my room rate. We were not aware of this intill I checked in. Room and hotel very nice but was also charged $ 12 for parking.. this was not included in the rate when I booked hotel. Staff was very friendly.. Went to use the hot tub and the water was so full of chlorine that it burned my eyes we could not even stay for 15 min. Room was on the 2nd floor but was loud at times..seemed like the street was full of loud racing cars.

Everything was great except the loung le and dining. Poor customer service, out of food and drink options.

the front desk on our last day held our luggage for the day so we didn't have to haul it around. We were able to attend our last conference day and come back to pick up our luggage afterwards no hassles no worries. Very friendly and courteous staff! lots of homeless near by

Had to pay $12 for parking but never saw security outside. Pure life bottled water is offered in the hotel room, but you have to pay three dollars for it. Gigantic empty space in the room where there could’ve easily been a table to play games on, unfortunately, there was no table to play a card game. Hot tub is approximately 3 feet in diameter and had so much chlorine in it that it physically made my skin itch and my eyes burn to the point that we were in it for maybe three minutes before we had to get out and immediately shower. Vacuuming the halls would be nice, lots of food and random garbage lining the hallway. Yes, smoking is bad for you, but a designated smoking area would be great for those of us who do. On the plus side coffee is available at all times. You can buy breakfast for seven dollars but it’s the same crappy buffet breakfast that you get free at every other hotel.

I canceled my stay at this hotel and they still charged my credit card. They say they gave strict rules. I canceled within 24 hrs.

The lady at the front when I checked in was really nice and helpful. The location, when I showed up I was approached by panhandlers asking for money. The bed was really uncomfortable. The bar area should be closed off if possible. There was mice control company there when I showed up. I also felt very uneasy parking my car there overnight. The lady at checkout was rude.

Clean room

This hotel offers extremely poor quality/price ratio. They never cleaned the room during the three nights we stayed, and they would only clean it up when we filed a formal complaint at the front desk upon returning in the late afternoon. And last but not least, there is a serious potential security issue with this hotel, as there is a camp of homeless drug addicts right next to the parking lot. Parking fees were not included in the quote and/or check in at the Doubletree Inn. Number two the food there was never enough. It was overcooked greasy gave the family diarrhea. Do not recommend this Doubletree hotel to anyone.

I love how clean everything was

The room close to freeway is very noisy, thanks for the friendly staff, she offered to change my room to the other side of the hallway, and all were good. I am very grateful.
