Staff was absent, unaccommodating, or even sleeping on the couch. Valet was an unknown $45/night. Staff made themselves comfortable with hotels amenities. Loud rap music playing in lobby. Staff member watching foul mouthed movie in lobby. Just Ridicu

My toliet was nasty it had pee droppings on my toliet seat and nobody used the bathroom yet… we walked around the hotel before using anything!!!

The lobby was "cold". It was not super inviting. If there was a coffee bar, it was not apparent. Also, $45 per night on parking is an absurd amount of money to pay for parking. It was not disclosed at booking. I found other parking arrangements.

I had to pay for my vehicle to be parked and the fact my deposit takes so long to be put back on my card.

There were some items missing from bathroom.

Location & Style They didn’t have sufficient soap, body wash, tp for a week stay. Had to go to the front desk and ask for more.

1-the AC was not working properly. 2-the matress&pillows are not comfyat all. 3-parking should be free. Never again.

Everyone was super nice. Looked very sophisticated and beautiful inside. That there was only valet parking. So we had to go find parking 4 blocks away.

the temp in our room never went below 73 even though we had it set at 65. no conditioner in the shower.

The rooms were very modern and clean. The staff was amazing.

We liked the room, the bed, and the staff. The restaurant was also very good It was all very good, no complaints.

The room was nice. I enjoyed the tall table and seating in the front of the room. Where to start, the magnetism was not working for the keys so we had to ask every time we left to be let back in our room. The only staff working that night did his best, but the situation was awful and got worse when this said worker got stuck in the elevator so no one could be let back in their rooms because he the only key. It was pretty awful.

excellent service, room cleaning every day and chocolate on bed. just bum for valet didn t know it is 45.o45.00 a day when park car was 10 ft away. i should be inform.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. After a long day on the road, it was nice to greeted with such kindness. Our room was beautifully decorated too. we slept great.

Clean, new facility. Valet parking attendant and Cameron at the desk were very friendly. Very sketchy and unsafe neighborhood. Next to several boarded up, rundown buildings full of gang signs and graffiti. Multiple vehicles in neighborhood that were all beat up and broken windows. We were put in a room next to a road with manhole covers that clunked every time someone drove over them. This happened constantly all night. The nightlight in the bathroom kept going off and on all night, as well as a light on the smoke detector. The shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the bathroom wasn’t replaced and were open and used so I had to go down and get new ones in the morning.
