Breakfast was okay, have had better at similar priced hotels.

The lighting in the room is very poor. The ability to charge phones was nonexistent. One electric outlet. The charging ports didn’t work at all.

Just by using different decor, eg mountain cabin with logs and plaids and bears…oh my!…., you changed the experience of staying one night in a hotel a new adventure! Our grandson loved the huge bunk bed.

The outside sitting area needs a gas fire pit.

I stay here often. The staff is friendly. The bartenders are nice. Frequent travelers are rewarded with little perks. The rooms are clean and the hotel is conveniently located.

The only thing I might recommend is adding a few more towels prior to guest arriving when hosting 4 people. No big deal really because they always have some, we just have to ask for them.

On an eight day trip this was one of our favorite hotels. The hotel was great along with food in the bar. Staff was great and friendly

Absolutely LOVE this hotel!! The staff is amazing!! Whit gave us a room upgrade when we arrived and kicked off our little stay with a wonderful start! The bartender was so helpful when I was ordering a drink and the breakfast was delicious!! I really felt welcome at this hotel

Breakfast was a joke it's typically good stayed a week and NO B&G literally insane everyone knows they're B&G are the best

Only suggestion is that the bathtubs are very high and hard to get into to Will book again

We liked the rustic cabin/lodge theme. Whit at the front desk was kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable. We liked the free welcome drink and breakfast was hot and plentiful.

We booked a room with a king size bed. When we arrived they only had a room with two doubles. They should have given us a room that my husband and I could sleep together. After checking in there were still rooms available with a king bed available. The front desk clerk was very short with us.

We have stayed here 3 times for Chiefs Training Camp. The location is wonderful. It’s about 5 minutes away from Missouri Western. There are several great restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are reasonably priced, clean and well kept. The breakfast is great. It has a nice pool, game room and bar.

We enjoyed the ambiance of the property, the western motif, etc. It was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The swimming pool looked really cool too, but we didn't have time to try it out.
