This is our second stay with the first being two years ago. Folks who work and manage the B & B are kind, knowledgeable of the region, and very professional. After a long drive we were greeted with smiles and a glass of wine to unwind. Rooms all have vintage charm. Beds are clean and comfortable. Balcony was comfortable. Just two blocks from Flagler College you are right in the middle of everything. Will definitely stay here again when we next visit St Augustine.

Quaint property. Cooling in the Treehouse was primarily a roll around A/C unit. The bed is high, which is not to my taste. However, the room was endearing and the breakfast was excellent.

Signage is needed to tell us what door to go in to check in as the front door was locked when we arrived at 3 PM. All doors were locked at 6 PM and we didn't see any staff when we came back at 9:30 PM. The 'Happy Hour' is listed as: Daily happy hour Gather from 4 to 5 PM for complimentary wine, appetizers, snacks, and evening desserts It consisted of a few cookies and charcuterie plate - we expected wine or other adult beverages and other dessert options. The room was very clean and workers very nice, though not being able to adjust the AC blowing right on the bed made sleeping uncomfortable. The balcony sitting area was comfortable. Breakfast is listed as: Cooked-to-order breakfast Gourmet breakfast is served each morning on the covered porch, patios, or balconies Breakfast was served in a back room and was brought out without asking what we wanted. It was very good and I'm sure we could have asked for something different, but it wasn't Cooked-to-order as listed. Parking is tight - don't expect a large truck or SUV to fit. As an 1890 building, it needed some TLC but the decoration with Victorian-era furniture and artwork was nice.

This is a must book bed and breakfast. The staff is amazing. Rooms are cozy and welcoming. We had a private balcony which was nice. With rocking chairs and a bench. The breakfast was fantastic. We are already planning when we can return. Best part walking distance to the fun but quiet area.

A really cute and cozy bed and breakfast! Everything was perfect. Staff was great and the room was super clean and comfortable. I heard a little boy and girl ghost, but it didn't keep me from sleeping.

Excellent location, fantastic breakfasts.

We love old world style of the home! We brought our 11 year old granddaughter and she loved it too! Breakfast was simple and yet perfect for us! Loved the little dining area! Loose spindle on the stairway to the attic room. Made me nervous.

Ellie welcomed us warmly and efficiently. We stayed in "Penny's Attic" so it was perfectly situated for my daughter and her husband in the main room and me in the alcove. We even had the top floor deck all to ourselves - beautiful sea breeze was felt even if we couldn't see the ocean. Close walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and served. The only constructive criticism is the bed in the alcove is terribly hard and really uncomfortable. They really need to do something to change that asap.

The location - breakfast was good but starts too late and for only one hour should start at 7:30 - 9:30. There is a lot to visit - Happy there was parking - I understand they want to keep the rooms vintage but the Catherine is tini and overcrowded no space to put 2 luggages - The Powder table and seat take too much space for just show, could be replacez by an old looking bench to be able to put luggage on it / we had to put luggage on sofa and only had one seat to Watch TV! The other had to lay on bed to watch TV - not comfortable. the bathroom was very nice, We know they just bought the property and have a lot of renovation inside and OUTSIDE. But they have to keep in mind a room for 2 people needs luggage space for 2. The outside rails are 4x4 and it is hard for elders to grasp them - they should add round rails to the 4x4 for security. No one stays overnight for SECURITY in case someone forgets key or combination etc (it happened to a party and we could not help because our entrance was different than main house. We enjoyed the porch . The A/C is controlled by main house and it was very cold 72 degrees no individual settings . Fan and blinds need dusting . Need a small ice making machine for at least their 10-12 units . Good luck to the new owners they seemed very ready to invest Read above statement

Great place, with a lot of charm. Great location. Within walking distance to all the good stuff.

Super cute place very convenient walkable to everything I wanted to do - will definitely come back!

Central location to the historical district, safe parking and lodging. Nice breakfast, clean room. Happened to book during new owner transition and was met with a mountain of debris (from renovations in progress) as we entered parkin area. Outside was pretty dilapidated and felt very neglected. This is NOT a reflection on the owner, Daniel, who was very nice and eager to please. My thought was they weren't quite ready for prime time. Better to put off bookings until the facility was renovated and could make a better impression. Intend to return in 6-8 months to see the difference.

The breakfast was super both nights. The Inn was very nice. It was easy to walk most every place. We are within 1/2 mile of most every place. Too bad the owners have let the landscaping around the Inn go down. It would not take much to bring this landscaping back up and really improve the looks from the outside.

Breakfast was excellent. Everything was hot and fresh fruit was beautifully displayed on plate. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. We took The Economy Room which was a little small. Next time will get a larger room.

Perfect weekend getaway for the Irish Fest plus nice breakfast and free parking so you can easily walk everywhere downtown
