Este hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada en San Agustin, Florida, con todo a distancia a pie y fácil de acceder en Uber a diferentes sitios ya que la ciudad es pequeña. El hotel en general es bueno pero le faltan algunos detalles como cuando entramos nadie ni siquiera nos ayudó con la maleta, ni nos preguntó si necesitaba ayuda y algunos otros detallitos que pasan en inadvertidos por la ubicación en generales buena opción

Service was excellent. I just wish they would have told us about the daily service fees and what was included with it so I could have taken better advantage of those benefits. But other than that it was literally perfect as expected with Hilton resorts.

This is an excellent hotel! Perfectly placed in the middle of Saint Augustine and perfect. Great staff. We will be back!

The room 228 was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom (into the bedroom) vibrated so badly it triggered my vertigo. When we mentioned it to front desk (twice) we were told it was due to the machines in the laundry room. One of the lights in bathroom was out - really no biggie - except the light started to spark - BIGGIE! The phone did not work properly. Took it apart twice before I got a dial tone. Room was not cleaned until our express request - Finally at 4:30 pm. Personally feel they did not do quality control on this room. I don’t feel they should be charging a premium price for this room

Stayed in a room on the bayfront with a balcony and everything was perfect. The room was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly. We'll be going again!
