I was surprised that after paying 150 a night, I also had to pay to park in the hotel’s parking lot.

Unfortunately, this trip did not own up to the Hampton standards we’re used to. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was great…the property, however, was not. The 2nd floor air was out and hallway smelled of urine, the alarm went off a couple of times for no apparent reason, the elevator was quite sketchy to where we started taking the stairs, ice machines were mostly out of order, property in general was not kept up, the hot tub was not working, the room smelled of mildew. Like I said, not the normal Hampton experience we’re used to. Hopefully they’ll make some improvements before our next visit.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the location is phenomenal. You are steps away from the beach and across the street from a fantastic Publix and cute shops.

AT 2:30 AM NEXT ROOM PEOPLE WERE TALKING SO LOUD THAT WE WERE AWAKEN AND HAD TO CALL THE FRONT DESK TO INTERVENE. WE HAVE STAYED IN MANY MANY HAMPTON INNS AND THIS STAY WAS JUST AVERAGE. OUR PURPOSE WAS NOT TO GO TO THE BEACH AND THE PROPERTY'S PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH WOULD BE QUITE IDEAL FOR BEACH GOERS.

Great hotel on the beach. Walking distance to every thing you need. Will stay again in the future.

Room had a terrible smell, smelt like mold

Property was dirty , room was small, area not great , lots of people smoking, front desk attendant gave me wrong directions to the room and forgot to inform me about hang tag for the car. We did not use the pool. Ate at surfside kitchen and really enjoyed the food and service. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was average.

Everything was excellent, staff, the bed, security and great views of the ocean on a private balcony. Already planning our next vacation. Everything was perfect,,, just minutes to the beach and the pool was like being at a resort.
