Howard Johnson by Wyndham Sacramento Downtown

This day was very nice the office was kind and helpful people are wonderful very nice. Nice place to stay economical!!

Locals and other guests were very nice.

bathroom and in the bathtub I will never stay there again the room even smelled like cockroach spray not as bad as the elevator but still bad the whole place needs to have a tent put on it and fumigated I will never stay in another Howard Johnson no matter what

The only problem I had was they were installing a new floor in the unit directly above my room and from 8 AM on there was constant hammering on my ceiling which was extremely loud. When I checked out at the front desk they said there was nothing they could do as far as any compensation because I booked through a third party.

Staff was friendly and efficient, pool area was nice, and the free breakfast in the morning was a welcome bonus. Couldn't find the ice maker

Phone did not work, zero towels, gave numerous wash rags to dry off with. No carpet was great, I just expected floors to be clean, my feet were black after 1.5 hours.

We didn't stay. The young man at the front desk was very friendly and kind. Well dressed and helpful The urine smell, holes in the room walls, tons of random people milling around the parking lot.

People outside our door at midnight talking loudly.

The front desk was kind and welcoming, the hotel is close to I-5 and downtown Sacramento. Room was clean and functional. Rooms are outdated and could use renovation. The surrounding area has noticeable foot traffic, including some unhoused individuals.

They never came to clean my room or give fresh towels had to ask for clean towels daily. Never took out our trash. Never came in the room our entire stay Was rude never cleaned our room never left us towels or take out the trash

The room was decent, smoke free Location was terrible, homeless people were all over the front grass. Not a safe or clean location. Staff was very rude during check in. We were informed that we required tickets for the free breakfast but was never told this at check in nor provided the tickets so we felt awkward and ended up not eating it.
